Shama is a thorough professional, warm, and friendly dog walker. She made sure Cooper was walked well and even customized the walk according to his specific needs. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism when she voluntarily returned a portion of the fee after I requested a shorter walk than the originally agreed 30 minutes.
