He even got an extremely shy cat who never comes out for anyone to approach him within the first few days - she's never warmed to anyone that fast before. This is the second time that we have used Andrew to drop in on our cat while we are away. Each time he has sent amazing pictures and given great updates for us so we would not worry while away. Colleen is great! She has been taking care of my little Enzo for about 5 months now and I completely trust her. She provides such a loving and caring space for Enzo. She’s extremely vigilant and self aware. She goes the extra mile to ensure that Enzo is okay when she’s there and once she leaves. It feels like she’s part of the family and Enzo absolutely loves her. In addition, she has trained Enzo so well since he’s only a 7 month old puppy. Lastly, she follows any instructions for Enzo’s needs.
