We highly recommend Joseph B! This was our 1st time using the Rover app so naturally we were a bit nervous. Joseph was on time, professional and also went above and beyond. Due to a severe thunderstorm our dog resisted going out for his evening walk. On his own initiative, Joseph returned later that evening to check on our Brady and to give him the opportunity to pee again for the night. We also received timely updates as well as pictures and we could see how beautifully the two were engaging with each other. Our dog was very comfortable and we are grateful to have had such a positive experience due to Joseph!

This is my first time using Rover. I felt confident having Danielle walk my dog. She kept us updated and tracked her time with Oreo, showed the distance, and updated me on her potty status! She was mindful to keep my dog from overheating even though the weather was hot.
