Friendly, competent, courteous, and thorough, Giuliana was beyond fantastic and I’m pretty sure my cats are missing her visits. I really appreciated how communicative she was both leading up to our trip and while she was away. We recently had Paulette care for our cat, Lilah, and she was absolutely exceptional. From the very first visit, it was clear how attentive and genuinely caring she is. Lilah immediately took to her—Paulette spent time playing with her, brushing her, and making sure all of her needs were met while we were away. What really stood out were the incredibly detailed updates and photos she sent after every visit. It gave us so much peace of mind to see how happy and comfortable Lilah was in her care. I’ve had some wonderful pet sitters but Diana is by far the best . Super communicative, thorough, attentive and always made sure to come in and check on Lily during the day. I have found that when I am away for longer than 2-3 nights my cat gets lonely and paces, so I wanted someone who was able to stay overnights, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you, Diana, for taking such great care of Lily - she definitely enjoyed your company and it was amazing to enjoy my vacation and not worry!

Patricia was an attentive, loving, and respectful sitter. She made five drop-in visits while I was away, and my senior cat seemed to enjoy her company. Patricia followed my instructions perfectly. She was very responsible in checking in and provided me with photo updates. I highly recommend her!
