I had to unexpectedly work late and Jill had no problem rushing back over to feed and hang out with my cat last minute. She is very reliable and responded quick.

Joe was absolutely excellent with our precious fur baby. As this was our first time using Rover and choosing Joe. Joe took the time to understand our pet's lifestyle and was wonderfully engaging with our young cat. Throughout our time away, Joe provided great communication, sending daily updates and fantastic photos of his time with our little one, that reassured us she was content, safe, and happy. It was clear that he genuinely cared about her well-being and treated her with kindness and attention. Joe is truly amazing, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Sloane took excellent care of our cat Sammy. She took her time to find out about his routine and cared about his well being. She sent us regular updates with pictures/videos of him which gave us peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely book with her again and highly recommend her.

I have too many adjectives to describe Colleen. She was extremely trustworthy, communicative, accommodating, caring, thoughtful, kind, responsible and prepared. I always stress when I go away and leave my girls but Colleen alleviated that feeling almost entirely. She even stayed longer than needed the first night. I am very happy with how my girls were treated and will definitely pick Colleen as my sitter next time.
