Susan kept every scheduled appointment and posted information and photos about the cats for each visit. Very reassuring for the first time hiring someone. She was also personable and pleasant when we met to see the cats. I'm definitely willing to book again.

This was the first time we booked Kyla to take care of our senior cat, Karma! Kyla was on time, sent lots of pics and took care of Karma perfectly. We came home to a clean kitty area and she even watered our mums and took down and brought up the trash since we were gone for 5 days.
