I had the pleasure in booking a long term request with Rachel and I am glad that she was available! I had plans to be out of the country for 2 weeks and she was easily reachable during my time away. Despite being having a 14 hour time difference, Rachel was always able to read and respond to my questions. During my time away, a few things like getting packages and watering my plants came up and she was open to help out a bit. I try not to ask for too much but Rachel was always able to accommodate.
