She stayed on top of every detail—from timely feedings and fresh water to making sure Harley got all her potty breaks in. It’s clear she’s responsible and truly cares. Andrew met Timo in December as a last minute hire and Timo loves play time with Andrew!! So naturally another trip and connected with Andrew again and was equally great especially enduring the elements of our weekend winter storm! Thanks so much from Timo and Angel!

Lillian was absolutely wonderful with our two Shih Tzus, Smokey and Bandit. From our initial meet-and-greet to a last-minute request for a walk and feeding, she was professional, reliable, and incredibly easy to communicate with. This time was a rebook, as we went on an extended vacation. Tez was so kind and super attentive to our cats. Her check-ins were always so thorough and made us smile :) We will definitely book with her again!
