Pet Sitting in South Hackensack

Alexa was great and made my first Rover experience comfortable. We did a meet and greet. She asked questions about my cats and expectations which made me feel at ease with her experience as a pet sitter. I loved the updates and the pictures.

Alexandra was great! She communicated well prior to the visit, came on time, sent me a picture during the visit, and told me how it went afterwards. She was very attentive and caring to my dog, and he really liked her! Definitely plan to re-hire.

Casey was awesome - I needed a drop by visit to get my dog fed, taken out, and given medicine. Casey was prompt and asked questions efficiently. She was able to manage medications easily - both liquid and pill form.

My boy warmed up to her very quickly - overall an amazing and very welcoming interaction. Will rebook!

I cannot overstate how awesome Baris is. I reached out to him to drop in on my two cats while my husband and I were away for a week. From the very first message, Baris responded quickly to every every message. He's friendly, professional, and asked all the right questions to demonstrate that he takes pet care seriously. While we were away, he went above and beyond to give my cats special attention. He sent daily visit reports, with some of the best photos I have ever seen! He even alerted me to my cat's little watery eye, which is chronic and comes on when she's stressed (like when we leave). I very much appreciate his attention to detail, and 100% recommend him for any pet care service. He's clearly a compassionate animal lover, and they love him right back. Thank you Baris!!
