Marlena was absolutely amazing! This was our first time using Rover, and she made the experience better than we could have imagined. She was incredibly responsive, answered all of our questions, and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Marlena took wonderful care of our dog and kept us updated with thoughtful messages and adorable pictures throughout the stay. It was clear our dog was happy, comfortable, and in great hands.
