Rover exceeded all expectations. I was nervous about using an agency and an unfamiliar sitter.The meet and greet with Monica P. went well from the beginning. Monica arrived on time for the scheduled visits. She followed all directions and most importantly took excellent care of my dog, Lucy. Lucy is a senior dog that we rescued from a past of neglect and abuse. She is not welcoming to strangers. However, Monica was able to gain her trust. She ate meals and there were no "accidents or damage" in the house. The frequent photos and reports reassured me all was well at home.

Diane is the absolute best. She treats our Charlie like her own.

So grateful to have Kaylee watch our cat once again. We got very detailed updates about her every visit, and she was very content by the time we got home, which was a huge relief. Kate was great with our elderly kitty! He’s picky about food and needs medicine applied to his ears twice a day and Kate handled it all. Thank you!
