Me and my husband needed some help in ensuring our sphynx cat Boo felt loved and cared for during our absence for a few days. ​​Communication with Jennifer was smooth and efficient. Before leaving for the trip, I had a thorough discussion with her about our cat's daily routine, and any specific instructions we had. Her professionalism and willingness to listen to any concerns immediately put us at ease. During our time away, Jennifer provided regular updates, which included photos of Boo. I was worried as Boo is not always comfortable with new people, but he was acting friendly and obviously felt good being with Jennifer, and received plenty of affection.

Nicole did a fantastic job caring for our two cats (and our apartment) over the holidays! She was prompt and provided communicative updates. It’s easy to tell that she loves animals! Thanks Nicole!
