Robert is phenomenal! We have a very active and rambunctious 1.5 year old lab and he handled him with such care and professionalism. He kept us very updated and we felt so confident in his ability to take care of him. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Irem! There was a severe snowstorm, but they arrived hours early to ensure they would be able to make it to give my dog his insulin. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Always so happy to have Dianna and Shea looking after our cat because we know she will be truly cared for and about. It’s clear with the way that they interact with her that it isn’t simply a box to tick and it gives us such a peace of mind to know they are checking in on her while we are away. Colleen is great! She has been taking care of my little Enzo for about 5 months now and I completely trust her. She provides such a loving and caring space for Enzo. She’s extremely vigilant and self aware. She goes the extra mile to ensure that Enzo is okay when she’s there and once she leaves. It feels like she’s part of the family and Enzo absolutely loves her. In addition, she has trained Enzo so well since he’s only a 7 month old puppy. Lastly, she follows any instructions for Enzo’s needs.
