Jake took very good care of Izzy and, more importantly, made me feel confident that he was being cared for while I was away. Very responsive and kept me up to date on how my pet was doing in my absence. Received just the right amount of reports and information I was expecting. Great job taking care of Daisy. She even brought in a package that had been delivered so it didn't get soaked when it rained. Loved the pictures she took and notifying me when she arrived and when she finished. Will definitely be using her in the future.

I highly recommend Wade as a dog walker! He took amazing care of my dog while I was away and always made sure she got her medications on time and correctly. He kept me updated on any changes and was always reliable and easy to communicate with. Wade is kind, caring, and truly loves what he does. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my dog was in such good hands. He goes above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for everything he’s done. Emma was fantastic with our crew! One of our dogs is very timid and doesn’t feel safe with most people, but he took to Emma right away! She is clearly a natural with animals, and she is extremely skilled on top of that. When our anxious dog did show slight signs of nervousness, Emma knew just how to handle it so that he became comfortable again. Of course our more confident dog and cat were beyond crazy about her! Plus she followed our guidelines perfectly and communication & punctuality were both stellar - a fabulous experience! I can’t begin to express how relaxing it is to be able to leave our animals in such capable & compassionate hands! I have complete confidence in Emma, and I would recommend her highly to anyone!

Luqing was excellent with the care for our cats. Both Chai and Yuzu seemed at ease. We got regular updates and it was very reassuring to know that they were in good hands.

Ethan was fantastic watching my two cats while my family was on vacation. He fed them, cleaned out the litter box, and cleaned up the messes that one cat left on the floor in protest of us being away. Ethan was responsible, communicative, and trustworthy.
