Dog Boarding in Chimayo

Elthea & Joshua were great with our furbaby Dixie while we were nearby at Ojo Caliente! They were calm, very friendly, and welcoming. They and their dogs helped Dixie feel comfortable. She made a BFF with their youngest. Their fenced-in yard is HUGE and they have a large room with sofas for Dixie and other dogs to be in. They were aware of Dixie's interaction with the other dogs and made sure the one that interacted with her the best was with her! We will definately bring her over to their house again!

Amanda was great! She was very communicative, was good at troubleshooting food issues when our senior pup refused food (added warm water and treats on top), gave us photos and brief updates daily. We felt so comfortable having our pups in her care. When we met before our pups stay, she had a list of questions and took notes while we went through them together. I would not hesitate to book again ☺️

Jess was so welcoming!!! Never boarded our dogs before and knew instantly they were in great hands! I think they were disappointed to come home. Thank you Jess!

Gavin is fantastic with my dog! Also my dog loves his boxer who is very kind and gentle, I highly recommend Gavin for boarding and day sitting!

Patricia took wonderful care of our Dixie, she was so patient and kind. Great communication and kept us updated while also sending us some great pictures. Thank you!

Angel was wonderful to work with. This was my first time boarding and my pup was so cared for while I was on vacation. She was responsive, gave daily updates and I felt comfortable knowing he was in great hands. We will use her again!

Rachel took great care of our dogs JoJo and Oakie, who had very different needs and energy levels. She set reasonable expectations with us during our meet and greet, and exceeded the expectations. She was communicative and seemed to truly enjoy our dogs’ company. Our dogs came home clean and well-exercised. We would 100% hire her again!

Katie is a wonderful pet sitter who took exceptional care of Bugsy for 2 weeks! Right off the bat when we first met her we got an excellent first impression. She is very warm and friendly and went above and beyond keeping us up to date with pics and texts! Really appreciated her focus on socialization, exercising, and behavior training along with her tips on helpful doggy care products. Her home is a very secure and safe environment for the fur babies in her care. We plan to book more day visits with Katie and Peter (her fur baby) and would definitely book for longer if needed. 5 stars - highly recommend!!

Jessica did really well by Harley and Tollie. They came home obviously taken care of well. I will use her from now on. She was always very flexible with drop off and pick up. Kept the boys safe and happy.

Isabella and Prince welcomed Hoku into their home and took excellent care of her. Quickly responded and kept us updated. Would definitely recommend and rebook.

Everything was great from the first meet and greet a couple days before our trip to the pickup four days later. Melinda sent updates and pics. Kobe looked very comfy and at home.

Athena was so awesome! We got frequent updates and photos during Honeybear’s stay. We even ended up extending our trip for a night and Athena was super accommodating. I would absolutely send Honeybear to her again and recommend to anyone needing a dog sitter!!

First time using Rover, and what a success! Allegra was great to coordinate with and do a meet and greet to get the run down on my doggo and how the stay would go. Her and her family showed Reggie a lot of love while he stayed overnight for 3 nights. I appreciated the photos and video she shared and overall it was a great experience! Hope to use her services again when needed. :-)

Briar and Florentino were very kind and patient with our little shy pup, and accommodating to introducing them slowly. We were staying in Santa Fe and met in between for pickup. Highly recommended!!!

I am so grateful to have found Marissa, she was wonderful with providing and updates and caring for my senior dog. She went above and beyond with assisting in any way she could. Thanks!

Joy was really wonderful with our little pup when she kept him for the weekend. He seemed happy when we picked him up and Joy sent lots of pictures and kept us posted during his visit. We will definitely use her again in the future! Thank you!

We were incredibly nervous to leave our dog for the first time. She was with Sue for just over a week and I think Sue may have taken better care of our Daisy girl than we do! She came home well loved and cared for. She gave regular updates and eased any worries I had! It’s obvious why Sue has so many repeat customers and we will definitely be added to that list in the future!

Tara is awesome! Her dogs (Bunny and Sam) really helped our dog feel comfortable and welcome. When we got her back, she slept all day; clearly worn out from all the fun she had with Tara and crew. We'll be back!

Heidi was great. She took great care of my pup and her dog got along well with mine. She worked with me on adjusting the drop off and pick up times when I had to make some changes to my original plans.
