During a ridiculously difficult time for me, Katrina made what should have been the most stressful thing - leaving my brand-new puppy in the care of strangers for several days - the LEAST stressful part of it all. From the very first communication, she was warm, professional, reassuring, friendly, and everything I could have hoped for. She sent oodles of pictures and video along with several updates a day, and I could see my dog's joy and comfort in her home through the screen. She needed no extra guidance or instruction from me, and was even gracious enough to help work on his potty training! I'm thrilled to have had such an absolutely perfect experience my first time using Rover, and I would enthusiastically recommend her services to anyone who needs a kind, responsible, engaging caregiver for their pet.

Sunny did an amazing job taking care of my dog! Everyday I received a picture or video of my Izzie Dog! She cared for her like she was her own. She permitted my dog to roam her beautiful home as if it were her own. I felt comfortable and was able to enjoy my four day trip because I knew she was in good hands!

Darien is such a god send for our family. We had just moved to El Paso and needed a Dogsitter. My wife and I were reluctant to use Rover because our past experiences have not been the greatest when finding a sitter. However, Darien came across our search with a couple others, and after reaching out and asking some questions regarding problems we’ve had in the past her answers, made us feel comfortable to book her to watch our two dogs. We are so grateful that we did because she was not over the top with statuses alerts and questions. She made sure we knew our dogs were doing great every morning and afternoon along with pictures. In those pictures we could tell our dogs were loved and cared for and having a great time. I will absolutely be asking her to watch our two dogs again sometime in the future when needed.

Taco and Box loved being at your home. They came back super happy. Thank you for watching our babies and accepting Taco’s craziness. We were able to travel worry free. We will definitely be reaching out again.

Keilani was absolutely amazing! She provided constant updates, photos, and videos throughout the stay, which gave me complete peace of mind. It was clear she genuinely cared for my dog and treated him like her own. Her communication was excellent, and I never had to wonder how things were going. I couldn't have asked for a better sitter, and I'll definitely be booking with her again the next time I'm in El Paso. Highly recommend!

Alexander and Christopher were great! This is our kids’ first pet and our first in 10 years, so everyone was a bit anxious about leaving our puppy but they made it so easy! Star was able to socialize with other dogs in a small, controlled setting; which made us feel so much more at ease. We got plenty of picture updates and we felt very comfortable with everything. Will definitely book with them again!

Joseph and Janet are wonderful hosts. Our puppy loved playing with their pets and their boys. The numerous pictures sent of our pup having a great time made us extremely happy that we chose this super dog-friendly home. We'll be back!

Natalie is the absolute best. She takes great care or Jack, loves him and even sent him home with some homemade dog food and a cute Christmas ornament. Highly recommend!

I had a short notice booking for same day pet sitting. She took great care of my old girl and kept me updated. My girl was supper happy on the pictures and got plenty of play time with other dogs because she was exhausted when she got home 10/10 recommend and will book again in the future.
