House Sitting in Santa Fe

Overall, Javier did a great job. He wrote detailed notes about his time in our home with our dog and left everything in perfect order. This was the first time for us to leave our dog at home for a long weekend and it was a learning experience. We appreciated Javier's help.

Lise took great care of our three little dogs at our AirBNB in Santa Fe. She communicated well, showed up on schedule, and our dogs loved her! I highly recommend her, and hope she is available next time we visit Santa Fe.

Lydia is a gem and we feel fortunate to have found her. We hired her to look after our house and Mini Bernedoodle for a 5-night stay. She was attentive, kind, and communicative. Lydia provided the perfect amount of contact and dog updates without having to ask. Moreover, she actually stayed at our house consistently—we didn’t have to worry about her leaving for other jobs or only being there at key times (i.e., our dog’s feeding time). We highly recommend Lydia and feel relieved to have finally found a reliable and lovely person to house and dog sit for us in the future.

Cheryl was great with our 2 boys. She made feel relaxed about leaving on our vacation and not having to worry about our dogs care. We will definitely use her again.

Vikki was great! Super responsive and the best sense of humor/ which is a must with my clan! The dogs loved her, she was able to manage their puppy craziness. And the house was clean! That’s always a plus… definitely have her sit our babies again.

Joshua was fantastic. We had our original pet sitter cancel on us last minute. I found Joshua and he came through big time. Extremely easy to work with and did more than we asked. We will definitely be using him again in the future. Thanks Joshua!!!!

Emmeline is a caring and thorough pet sitting. She stayed with our 2 dogs for a week, taking great care of them, sending pics and daily info, helping out with plants when needed and always available to communicate. Emmeline is super polite & professional and felt like having a trusted friend staying over!

Raymond was great with Peanut and his friend, Watson. Flexible and communicative, provided photos and updates of them during his visit. We appreciated knowing the boys were in good hands and would be happy to have Raymond dog-sit again.

Mason was a great help during my recent visit to Santa Fe to attend a wedding. There were events multiple evenings and Mason stayed in my Airbnb with my pup while I was out. Jagger has separation anxiety. It's less stressful for him to have company. He took to Mason right away. He met him at the door each night with tail wagging. Mason was flexible with scheduling and clear about times he had other commitments. It made it easy for us to work out a schedule that suited both our needs. He's polite and personable. When I return to Santa Fe, I'll be contacting Mason!

Emma was fantastic! We had never left our beloved 3 legged dog with anyone other than family. Emma watched Toby for 3 weeks in our home. She gave him big love, daily walks, and indulged all his "special" needs. We came home to a happy pup and a spotless house. So grateful for the her kind and capable care!

Violeta took great care of my cattle dog Charlie, sending photos and videos from nice long walks throughout the weekend. Charlie was very comfortable with her and seemed relaxed and happy when I got back. Violeta was also so accommodating and flexible for an extra visit when my flight got delayed. Would definitely book again!

I recently had the pleasure of having Rhiannon as a pet sitter for my two dogs, for a period of four nights. From the beginning, Rhiannon demonstrated professionalism and a genuine love for animals that put my mind at ease. What stood out the most was her exceptional communication. She kept me updated throughout her stay with messages and adorable photos of the boys, ensuring that I was informed and reassured about their well-being. Rhiannon also showcased her flexibility and understanding, especially when I found myself in a tight spot, needing to leave a day earlier than planned. Joy was wonderful with my two little cats. They looked peaceful and happy and my place was nice and clean.

I am so happy that I decided to take the plunge and use Rover to find a sitter for my pup. Cheyenne watched my Newfie for a week and did a wonderful job. She would text me pictures and periodic updates. I know he was in good hands while I was gone, and was so much more relaxed when I got him than he usually is when I board him. I will be booking with Cheyenne again whenever I need to travel!

Anna was wonderful with Dunkin! He gave her a little bit of an attitude at first, but she handled it with so much patience and kindness. It was clear she genuinely cared for him and knew exactly how to work with his personality. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in good hands. I would absolutely book with Anna again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter!

Olivier is the best! He’s very communicative, reliable, and really seems to love dogs. He went above and beyond to make our dogs comfortable while we were away and we highly recommend him.
