Jackie was incredible. It was the first time traveling away from my cats that I was 100% relaxed and confident in the care they were receiving. She's thoughtful, thorough, and it's evident she has a way with animals. I have a cat who has -never- come out for a sitter, even familiar sitters, even after a week or two during longer trips, but after just 2 days with Jackie, my scaredy cat was less timid and not hiding.
