I was very grateful for my granddaughter guiding me to rover.com. I had been anxious as to how to care for my pet while I was out of town and Kaylee fit the bill entirely. I could rest, while away, knowing that Tiger Lily was in her own surroundings and being cared for with fresh food, water and playtime with a stand in human:) The daily updates and pictures with Tiger Lily showing her playful side were an added bonus. I knew Tiger was in good hands when she rolled over on her back near her favorite toy, I know this was her signal to Kaylee, I like you and I trust you! I loved receiving all the photos and videos—seeing even my shy cats come out of their shells and play made me feel so at ease while I was away. Sierra was great with my cat, Nina Simone. She dropped in on time, sent several pics and videos, and ensured Nina felt comfortable by being patient with her.
