Carli was amazing. The cats seemed to warm up to her and looked like they got some love. Wonderful job. If our family goes out of town again we will definitely acquire her services again. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

Fiona did an amazing job of looking after my two cats while I was away! I can tell she’s very familiar with cats and knows how to make them feel comfortable around her. They’re normally skittish around strangers but both warmed up to her very quickly. She followed my care instructions perfectly and left everything neat and orderly when I got back which is a relief. I’d recommend her to anyone I know and will appreciate her help for my future cat sitting needs!

Caroline was fantastic with our fur babies. My crew includes a rescue that does nothing but bark at "strangers," an emotional hot mess, and a boy lab who doesn't realize he is as big as he is. They were all taken care of and loved the photos. My dogs also pee out of spite when left, and she even went out of her way to mop so we did not walk into a mess.

We originally planned to board our dog in group boarding during our vacation, but plans changed when our dog didn’t pass his trial run due to anxiety. We refuse to do kennel boarding altogether. We had only a week to make other plans and in desperation we resorted to reaching out to someone we didn’t know on rover.com. We chose Vanessa because her profile mentioned she works with animals so we thought she would be good for our big 95lb boy. We went with drop-in visits because our dog sleeps downstairs alone normally, is dog door trained, and doesn’t spend much time outdoors other than using the bathroom. We figured he would be fine as long as we had someone to come by and hang for a bit a couple times a day. Vanessa responded within an hour of us contacting her and quickly set up a meet and greet in our home. At our meeting she was very sweet, extremely comfortable with our big guy, and listened carefully to all of our requests and tips for taking care of him. To say Vanessa was amazing is an understatement. We received notification of each of her visits and a full report with pictures immediately after each one. She included details about his mood and how he was eating. She took pictures while on walks and sent a map of the route they took. We felt so relieved from the first check in and we were able to enjoy ourselves and not worry at all while on vacation. We looked forward to hearing from her throughout the day and I could tell from the photos that our dog LOVED her. We joked that now we have to come home and deal with our dog looking for Vanessa and missing her! We arrived home to a cute welcome home note and a backyard with no dog poop (She cleaned up after him!!). And we also came home to an incredibly happy dog who didn’t seem stressed or neglected at all. We will absolutely use her services again, she is so wonderful.
