Doggy Day Care in Hidden Valley

Destiny was amazing with our fellas. We contacted her for a last minute booking & she replied almost immediately with the willingness to help us. We normally are so nervous when leaving them with anyone (which is why we took them with us on our trip) but she eased our worries. She took great care of them, and even separated them from her own dogs so that they’d feel more comfortable too. She kept us updated with pictures & videos, and was responsive the entire time. If we lived in Reno, we’d definitely book again!

So amazing! So sweet and caring to my pup, my pup loved her! Very easy to communicate with, responds quickly, and sends frequent updates and photos.

Sarah was great! I felt very confident she was taking good care of my Toby. The one thing is I would have liked updates on how he was doing without having to ask, otherwise awesome! 😊

Brittany and her husband are an absolute heaven sent couple! They helped me, my children and our fur babies through a difficult time. Brittany is the best I’ve ever seen with animals, you can instantaneously tell she is an example of an excellent, trustworthy human with a warm natural love for animals. We are so blessed to have met Brittany and her husband and are very happy with all of their success in caring for our fur babies. One of a kind and one of the sweetest couple I know. I can’t thank them enough for helping me and truly caring. <3

So lucky to have met Shawn. He accommodated our last minute booking request. Taking care of Lulu and keeping us updated at all times. His dog is super sweet! It was great to see both Lulu and her get along so well. Thank you Shawn!

Danielle took incredible care of our precious babe. Has anyone with a dog knows it's always hard to entrust the care of your dog to someone else, but instantly I knew we made the right choice. She communicated with me regularly and also sent me incredible pictures throughout the day of their interactions. The second day he leapt out of the car and straight to her door. So excited to be back. We are thankful to have found her. She seems to love him as much as we do

Young is simply the best. He is very conscientious about all of the dogs well-being, consistently checking in with comments, status checks, pictures, and videos. Young is mindful of new dogs that get introduced with his regular dogs, and has really good processes for co-mingling the dogs. We look forward to bringing Bandit there on a consistent basis. 🐾🐕👍🏼

Debbie went above and beyond. Picking up Rockie every day and dropping her back off all week during our visit. She even picked up some boil in bag rice for me as well as gave me a bag of her own chicken/rice/pumpkin blend to deal with my poor doggie's diarrhea,

Samantha is great with Sandy, and is very accommodating to our schedule. Sandy loves spending the day with Samantha, Lil Bit, and Spunky 🐶

Valentina did a great job watching our Winnie. We are from out of town but if we were local I would definitely use her again!

If you have a dog with special needs, Shawna is your person! My elderly pup struggles with separation anxiety, so leaving her with someone new is never a decision I take lightly. But from the moment I reached out to Shawna, I felt at ease. Shawna was attentive, caring, and clearly knows how to read dogs. My girl can be a handful, she usually goes absolutely wild when she sees me after any time apart. But when I picked her up from Shawna’s, she was calm, relaxed, and happy. That told me everything. A dog doesn’t come home that settled unless she felt truly safe and comfortable the whole time. I can’t recommend Shawna enough, especially for senior dogs or pups who need a little extra patience and TLC. She will absolutely be my first call next time I need a sitter. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amanda was very welcoming and answered all our questions. First day of day care today went well, she came home a tired dog and had fun making news friends.

Elaine took wonderful care of my dog. I highly recommend her! She is very kind and sweet, communicates very quickly, and even provided me photos of my boy enjoying his stay with her and her fur baby! I would not hesitate to have her watch my dog again. Thank you, Elaine!

We always love taking our dearly loved Angel to stay with Crystal. She provides tons of updates and is very hands on while Angel is with her. She loves and cares for Angel just as we do at home, she is home away from home for our girl.
