Crystal was amazing with my 17.5 year old cat with chronic kidney disease. She comes by 3x a week right now to help administer his sub q fluids. She's a life saver and I can't recommend her enough! Thank you Crystal!

Hilda was absolutely wonderful with my cat! From the very first meet-and-greet, she was attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in getting to know my cat. She asked thoughtful questions and took the time to make sure my cat was comfortable with her before I booked. While I was away, Hilda kept me reassured with plenty of photos and videos of my cat being held, loved, and well cared for. It was such a comfort to see how happy and comfortable my cat was in her care. Hilda is a true professional who goes above and beyond. She takes the time to make both the pet and the owner feel comfortable and cared for. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and attentive pet sitter!

Ashlee is soooo sweet! She sends very thorough updates and so many pictures during the visit, which we really enjoyed! She even sent a video when she gave him his Christmas toy which was so sweet 🥹 She really took the time to get to know our dog, Oreo, and ask questions about him during the meet and greet, and she left our house like no one had even been there. We don’t leave our dog very often because he usually just travels with us, but we had absolutely no concerns leaving him with Ashlee! Thank you girl 🫶🏼

Hannah was incredible with our dog Maggie. This was our first experience using Rover and it was even better than we imagined it would be, thanks to Hannah! Prior to meeting Mackenzie and Rover, i had to limit my travel to mandatory and not pleasure. Now I can come and go as I please, within reason. It’s a great relief.

Nina did an amazing job taking care of our 2 cats while we were away. She engaged with them very well and even got our shy one to become more social and visit with her while she was here. Everything was fantastic and we appreciated getting all the great updates and photos she sent from every visit. Nakiah has watched my dog Roxy three times now, and I always feel completely at ease leaving her in her care. Roxy is almost 10 and has a sensitive stomach, so she requires pretty strict feeding guidelines, and Nakiah is always attentive and follows everything perfectly. She keeps me updated daily with messages and pictures, which I really appreciate. It’s clear she genuinely cares, and I know Roxy is in good hands every time
