Vivian was so awesome. I knew immediately she was going to be a calming and caring person for Maggie Mae. Maggie was with Vivian for 2 doggie day care days but she will be back. Vivian kept me informed throughout the day as to how Maggie was doing and her communication was very quick at all times.

Wendy took great care of our dog Libby. Would definitely recommend her!

I had a last minute schedule change so I needed to have my dog Bodhi boarded in the evening hours and Becky was super flexible and accommodating for the drop off and even more accommodating when I extended an additional day. Thank you so much, Becky!

Iwona was a dream come true! This was the first time I’ve ever left my pup (aka baby) with anyone and I was a nervous wreck. Iwona spent 40 minutes chatting with me on the phone before I even booked (!!) which put my mind at ease. We have similar backgrounds caring for elderly CCD dogs (canine cognitive dysfunction i.e. Alzheimer’s) so I knew from the get go that anyone who had been through the heartbreaking experience that is the 24/7 care that goes into watching your best friend deteriorate and transition with dignity would have to be an extremely empathetic and compassionate person. Fast forward a few weeks and I became anxious about leaving my little guy with a stranger again. I almost turned the car around a few times but I’m so glad I didn’t. Iwona was waiting outside for us and was extremely easy going when it came to picking up and dropping off (she also offered to pick him up) and let us hang out and take a look around and chat while we were coming and going. Charlie can be standoffish to strangers and really took to her immediately. Iwona also sent tons of photos and responded to my messages within a few minutes. She even sent pics of Charlie giving her kisses, which made me feel better as I know how he can be with strangers. On the second morning, he was happy to see her so I knew all was well. They took lots of walks, played ball (his fave), lots of treats, naps and snuggles. I also told her he likes to burrow so she got out a blanket and swaddled him. Now that the pandemic is finally passing, we plan on being in Vegas more often and I am so glad we found Iwona - we will continue to book with her as long as she’ll have us!

Kim is a professional! She is a great with our dog, communicates well with us, and is very flexible with our ever changing schedule. We highly recommend her.

My pup is always so excited to go to Lilian's and I appreciate all the pictures and videos throughout the day so I can see how he's doing. I love being able to drop him off and not have to worry if he's having fun because I know he's playing with his buddies and getting lots of love.

Karyn was awesome! Was flexible and loving and made Diamond feel right at home. She was excellent at keeping us updated throughout the day and even sent pictures. Anytime we need help i know exactly who will call. Amazing experience!!!

Numa was very attentive and eager to become best friends with our anxious little doggie. She has a hard time warming up to men, but he was gentle and kind, and provided lots of text and video updates. For me, when you leave your dog with someone new, communication is one of the most important factors, so it was really helpful that Numa was so active in sharing updates.

We are so thankful for Merlin! She took such fantastic care of Luna and kept us informed. We wholeheartedly recommend booking with her. Luna came home happy and healthy each day.

Thank you Jason for accommodating our last minute booking! We’re from out of town but would definitely book him again should we need a sitter for our Bubba.

Our dog has very high anxiety. Carrie and Brye have been helping to care for her since she was 8 weeks old. With their kindnrss and patience Artemis is really progressing. Our puppy never stays shut up in a kennel, we know when she is with Carrie and Brye she has the freedom to play, swim or just chill. To me and my husband the experience is priceless.

Megumi, Dave and the kids are awesome. I’m sure my dog felt very comfortable, safe and had a lot of fun.
