Doggy Day Care in Mount Charleston

Brandon and his wife, Jackie, were amazing! We came to town for a music festival and had my service dog with us. Brandon was quick to assure he would care for my sweet boy and give him the utmost attention throughout his care. He was also willing to administer medications which was awesome. We received tons of updates and photos throughout the day and were able to enjoy the festival without worrying about anything. I will be contacting him again if we are back in the Vegas area! Thank you for being flexible with us during the day and for taking such increíble care of our boy!

Iwona was a dream come true! This was the first time I’ve ever left my pup (aka baby) with anyone and I was a nervous wreck. Iwona spent 40 minutes chatting with me on the phone before I even booked (!!) which put my mind at ease. We have similar backgrounds caring for elderly CCD dogs (canine cognitive dysfunction i.e. Alzheimer’s) so I knew from the get go that anyone who had been through the heartbreaking experience that is the 24/7 care that goes into watching your best friend deteriorate and transition with dignity would have to be an extremely empathetic and compassionate person. Fast forward a few weeks and I became anxious about leaving my little guy with a stranger again. I almost turned the car around a few times but I’m so glad I didn’t. Iwona was waiting outside for us and was extremely easy going when it came to picking up and dropping off (she also offered to pick him up) and let us hang out and take a look around and chat while we were coming and going. Charlie can be standoffish to strangers and really took to her immediately. Iwona also sent tons of photos and responded to my messages within a few minutes. She even sent pics of Charlie giving her kisses, which made me feel better as I know how he can be with strangers. On the second morning, he was happy to see her so I knew all was well. They took lots of walks, played ball (his fave), lots of treats, naps and snuggles. I also told her he likes to burrow so she got out a blanket and swaddled him. Now that the pandemic is finally passing, we plan on being in Vegas more often and I am so glad we found Iwona - we will continue to book with her as long as she’ll have us!

Karyn was very accommodating and stayed in touch both days she kept our pup. We were just passing through Las Vegas, but if we come again I would definitely use Karyn to take care of Rhett.

Thank you Merlin for taking care of Loki as if he was family. She has gone above and beyond and willing to help me discover my adopted puppy. I would recommend her to everyone, your fur baby will be in the best hand.

Rey is usually shy at daycare but warmed up to Kimberly so fast. I got lots of pictures and videos and she had a blast with her play time and cuddles.

Naoko is absolutely amazing. I have never met someone who has cared for someone else fur baby as their own. She was patient, kind, loving, and caring. Benny tends to be a little nervous in new places but her calm and loving demeanor made him feel comfortable almost instantly. She even got him to nap. I can never get him to nap. She was very communicative and kept me updated every chance she got. She sent me plenty of pictures and videos. She also made sure to check with me before she gave Benny any treats. Her husband, daughters, and her own for babies were just as great with Benny as she was. I can’t say enough good things about her. I’m so grateful and thankful for her. Thank you again Naoko! Benny and I both can’t wait for you to watch him again!

It was our pups first visit with Courtney and she sent us updates. Our pup was well taken care of and loved playing with Courtney’s pups.

Numa was very attentive and eager to become best friends with our anxious little doggie. She has a hard time warming up to men, but he was gentle and kind, and provided lots of text and video updates. For me, when you leave your dog with someone new, communication is one of the most important factors, so it was really helpful that Numa was so active in sharing updates.

We continue to use Sarah for doggy daycare because she and her husband are very caring for the pets they keep and treat them like family. Every time I pick my dog up he is excited and exhausted at the same time from all the outside playtime he gets. It’s great knowing your pet is in good hands while your at work or on vacation. We really enjoy the videos and pics, too! Would definitely recommend.
