Dog Boarding in Washoe Valley

April and Rachel are the best! They took the best care of Levi and sent pictures throughout the whole stay, treating Levi like their own dog. Will definitely be booking with them again!

Gina and Erik were really nice. They took care of Duque very well. They sent pictures and videos every day. We will definitely send Duque over again next time when we travel.

Our little boy, Mango, just stayed, for the first time, with Young, for three days. We were nervous because Mango is 16, and mostly deaf. We could not be more pleased with how Mango’s stay went. He was relaxed, and played with the other dogs, explored Young’s yard, and seemed very much at home. All of that was the best we could have hoped for. Mango’s stay worked out beautifully. We will definitely be using Young, again. Young also sent many pictures and videos of Mango, helping to calm our worries. It was wonderful literally seeing Mango in his new environment. Young is just awesome with small dogs, even old, deaf ones!

Faith was wonderful with our two doggos. She watched them while we were away for 5 days and they were happy and relaxed when we picked them up. Faith kept us updated with their daily activities, how they were eating and drinking, took them on walks, and sent plenty of photos to keep our hearts at ease while we were away! She has a great setup for dog sitting, with an entire bedroom dedicated just for our two beloved babies. She even had a TV setup so the dogs could watch doggie TV during their lazy time. I highly recommend Faith to anyone in need of a sitter. She really cares and puts lots of love into her work! Thank you, Faith!

We had a great first Rover experience with Megan. Her family is super friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the daily updates. They listened to the instructions we had about meals and other important care details.

Laura was wonderful with Pebbles. She truely loves dogs . She sent me pictures and updates and that was so nice. I will definitely use her again!

Absolutely awesome! Our Corgi was not only well cared for but you could tell she was loved! She didn’t want to leave! Kind, courteous and caring! Highly recommended!

Susan and her family always take terrific care of Betty. Betty is excited to visit, has fun with her friends, and always comes home happy and healthy. I would recommend Susan to everyone!

Sarah was very responsive and kind. She was also flexible for an earlier pick up which was very convenient for us. Our usually anxious dog was also well taken care of.

Patty and Randy were wonderful. We have a small senior Yorkie and always are a little nervous when leaving him. We got regular updates and photos. We could see that our pet was comfortable and enjoying himself. Highly recommended especially if you have a small dog.

Dain and jade did such a great job with my pups! They were super accommodating and communicative, and made sure both my dogs were happy and comfortable. One of my dogs isn’t always friendly with other dogs, and they assured me he’d have his own space if needed, but it seems like he was very comfortable in their house with their dogs and didn’t even need the alone time. Thank you so much for the excellent care, we’ll be back!

My 5 month old puppy stayed with Ron for 3 nights and had a blast! He had another dog to play with in a big yard, he played in the sprinkler and had tons of fun. Rob sent me lots of photos of Ollie everyday and made sure I was kept up to date! I will definitely be leaving Ollie with him again!!

Gina is hands down the best dog sitter I’ve ever had! She treated our dog Brodie like royalty, and as if he was her own, maybe even better actually! She’s fully invested when caring for them and gives your dog tons of love and attention. Thank you Gina for all you did! And giving us complete peace of mind Brodie was in such good hands! XO

Madison is the best! As a first-time Rover user, I was unsure of what to expect. I’m blown away by the level of care Madison showed my baby Ralph. She is as sweet and thoughtful as can be, an excellent and responsive communicator, and flexible in helping coordinate a third party pickup while I was out of town. I can’t recommend Madison enough and couldn’t be happier with this experience.

We left our two shepherds with Kristen while we were at Burning Man and couldn’t be more grateful we chose her! Several of our campmates also left their pups, and she organized a full “Barking Man” for the pack—complete with playtime, costumes, and even a “burning of the dog” (a small wooden doghouse structure) during the Man burn. Kristen treated them like family, sending plenty of photos of snuggles and play, and her creativity made the whole experience unforgettable. It’s never easy leaving your dogs behind, but Kristen made it easier than ever. Thank you, Kristen, for your kindness, care, and thoughtfulness—we feel so lucky to have found you!

Another great boarding for my dog Bella. Good communication, pictures, and overall experience with Mayra. Will definitely have her watch our dog again.

We wouldn’t want to leave our puppy with anyone other than Chelsea! She does such a good job caring for our puppy Rue! Rue and Goose (Chelsea’s pug) play all day together and get each others energy out. She gave us updates and pictures throughout the 10 days we were away which really put our mind at ease

Benji was so taken care of Grammy Wanda’s! He came home completely exhausted. She sent me photos almost every day he was there without me even asking. I had no doubt in my mind that Benji was safe & well taken care of! Will definitely have Benji vacation with Grammy Wanda again, as long as she’ll have him!
