Dog Boarding in Zephyr Cove

Patty and Randy were fantastic! They made me feel at ease when I left Sully with them. When we picked him up from his first vacation away from us, I could tell Sully had recently been given a bath. He was also tired out from all the play time that Patty and Randy were able to give him, which was wonderful. Patty and Randy are animal lovers through and through, and you will not be disappointed in the care your pet(s) receives if it stays with them!

Gabriel was very kind and helpful. He walked Daisy and had a fenced backyard to allow for playtime. Gabriel was communicative via text during Daisy’s stay which we appreciated.

As always, I could not feel any greater comfort and confidence with my dog in the care of Gina and Eric. They’re a home away from home for my old girl.

Our puppy Utah has a fun weekend with Tim! It was his first time being away from us, but I trusted Tim’s rave reviews. He was very responsive and sent us plenty of pictures of Utah out and about and having fun. We are so happy to have found someone who clearly loves dogs and is able to spend such good quality time with our pup. Tim was awesome and we already booked him for our next trip!

Melissa was a great sitter for my dogs! I had my wedding over the weekend in Tahoe and wanted my dogs close by since I couldn’t keep them with me. She took them out every day, sent pictures daily and a couple videos too, and when we went to go visit them to take them out on a walk, I thought the dogs would struggle to go back into her house, but they walked right in without a problem! I loved how Melissa made my pups feel safe and comfortable in her home. Her dog was also so sweet and got along well with mine. She also gave me the cutest framed picture of them out on an adventure walk! Overall a great experience. Thank you Melissa!

Teresa was awesome! Some changes in my boyfriend’s work schedule made it necessary to find a pet sitter close to my departure. Teresa made it work to meet my dog. Blaze liked her when he met her! I would definitely have her watch Blaze again.

Laura was fantastic! My husband and I were visiting Lake Tahoe and needed someone to watch our dog for one night. She was very communicative and accommodating. And when our timid dog ran straight up to her the first time they met, we knew she was a great caretaker. We hope to make it back to South Lake Tahoe again soon so Lucy can visit her new friend Laura :)

I always know Benny is in great hands, is well loved, and having lots of fun with Marcelo. Cannot recommend enough!!

A kind & easy going couple that gives your pup a vacation of their own. Odin came home tired & happy … they took him swimming in the river, on a run next to Adam’s one wheel, and plenty of playtime with their sweet pup ❤️ I received several pictures of Odin living his best life. There was a thorough discussion of expectations on both sides to ensure a comfortable & safe stay for everyone. I’ll definitely reach out to Adam & Lauren again when Odin needs a home away from home in Tahoe! Thank you again!

Kathy was a wonderful dog host for our pup. She went out of her way to make sure he was comfortable and loved. We are so glad to have found her ! Highly recommended.

Jessica was wonderful, she took great care of Oliver. He had an amazing time playing in their backyard, running to find and chase all the balls/toys. I appreciated all the updates, great communication and flexibility with the drop off due to last minute changes. I would definitely recommend Jessica & her husband as a great place for your pup to stay, play and be cared for. Puppy Vacay! Thank you.

Vivian is an angel. This was my second booking with her, first for overnight. My boy is special needs and it’s hard to leave him. I never have to worry with Vivian. She took great care of him and I enjoyed the sweet pictures while I was away. Her dogs were sweet and gentle with him as well. Highly recommend!

Raluca was great with Tator and unfazed by his separation anxiety. She was professional, friendly, flexible and provided lots of stimulation for my 2 yr old overgrown puppy. Wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. Wish I lived closer because of that!

Our campground doesn't allow dogs so I was glad to find Teeda to take Peppa for a few days. Her mountain home feels homey and safe and Teeda is a very nice person. We'll definitely use Teeda's services again if we are in the same situation next year. :)

Jeremy was great with Maple. I booked the wrong dates and he worked with me in a pinch to take work out the timing. Was good at sending pictures and responsive to messages.

Gina and her husband were friendly, communicative, and accommodating. Our dog had so much fun he’s been asleep since I brought him home! Loved the pictures and updates and had peace of mind he was in good hands our whole two nights away. Highly recommend!
