Dog Boarding in Zephyr Cove

Patty and Randy were wonderful. We have a small senior Yorkie and always are a little nervous when leaving him. We got regular updates and photos. We could see that our pet was comfortable and enjoying himself. Highly recommended especially if you have a small dog.

Gabriel watched my Shepherd mix for 4days. He was easy to communicate with and sent updates. He has a lovely fenced yard, dog friendly home, and is very attentive with being present for my dog. He was available for my requested pickup and drop off times and my dog had very smooth transitions. I would absolutely book with Gabriel again.

Melissa is awesome! We had to leave our dogs for a week, and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Melissa was very flexible in terms of the drop off and pick up, and we could easily tell our dogs loved our stay with her. She sent daily pictures, and updates which was a nice bonus, too. If we are needing a sitter again, Melissa will be the first person we ask. Highly, highly recommend Melissa!

We would highly recommend using Tim for boarding. Our Aussie looked like she had an absolute blast hiking and getting lots of attention from the updates Tim provided. He communicates well and treated our pup like his own!

She came and picked him up on time at our hotel. She’s very professional and Coco was very happy when he got back. Very personable and made us feel at ease. Coco has separation anxiety but he came back in good spirits.

Christine was absolutely amazing while watching our pup. She was quick to respond to my initial inquiries and accommodating to scheduling a meet and greet. My pup immediately connected with her two dogs, which was reassuring to us. When it was time for drop off, she made the process smooth and comfortable. During the entire time our pup was with her she sent frequent updates and pictures. Her care of our pup was absolutely above and beyond our expectations. We already have two other trips planned and are definitely using her again.

Jennifer was wonderful! She was amazing about communicating with me daily while I was gone and sent me multiple update photos a day! My dog seemed very happy under her care! :)

Teresa was an excellent dog sitter. Her communication was great and she was very flexible with picking up and dropping off during our visit to Tahoe. I would definitely use her again.

Gina was very responsive and made me feel at ease with leaving Frank during my wedding. Even with a minor hiccup and a vet visit required - I knew he was in good hands! I never worried about his well being!

Melissa was above and beyond what we expected. She sent multiple photos & videos multiple times a day of our pup which we loved. Her property is also perfect for pups to run around in safely and get their zoomies out. Obi is a sweetheart and we were thrilled how he was with our 5 month old pup. Sierra is coming home to us more socialized and happy as a clam after spending time with Melissa and Obi. We will absolutely be using Melissa again. She even nicely gave us a framed photo of our pup that she took while watching her which was so thoughtful! Anyone would be lucky to have Melissa watch their pet - highly recommend!

Laura and her husband were nice and welcoming to host my senior dog for 3 nights. She was professional and took very good care of him. Laura also has a dog and made sure they met properly. She sent updates every day and made my dog feel at ease while I was out of town. Good communicator. I would recommend her!

Breanna & Dan took phenomenal care of our pup! They kept us updated with pictures & took such great care of her as she requires a day pill schedule! We had no worries that she was being loved on & getting the best care. My pup & their pup (an absolute sweetheart!) became best of friends & they took many hikes around Lake Tahoe, it really was like she was on a vacation all of her own. They even made us a little pamphlet filled with pictures of my pup with her paw print 😭 & little facts about her stay with day to day activities - adorable! We will definitely use them again! If you’re looking for someone who can take the best care of your pup in the South Lake Tahoe area, look no further! 🫶

Nicole was excellent! She thought of everything, arranging the meet and greet and then ensuring that our dog did not have any special arrangements that had to be accounted for. We left our dog with her for a day and she communicated with us throughout that day with pics and updates. Truly set our mind at ease from being away from our bundle of joy. She’s a truly warm and caring person, who ensures your dog is well taken care of. Her conduct and ability really deserve the highest marks. You can leave your dog with her without a care in the world.

Faith was wonderful. Our dog can be hesitant with new people and can be pretty anxious. Faith was patient with her and kept us updated with photos and a brief message daily.

Kelly was so great with my little guy I honestly wasn't sure if he wanted to come home with us. ;) We could tell immediately that he loved her and she sent us photos of their fun adventures over the weekend so we felt assured he was having as much fun on his vacay as we were. I would definitely highly recommend her and wish we came to Tahoe more often so we could use her as a repeat sitter ourselves. :)

Our two hounddogs were happy, content, and tired after spending one night and a couple of days at Gina's. Domingo and his pals gave ours abundant play time, which is exactly what they love! Gina sent us pictures and communicated well throughout the reservation, stay, and pick-up process. Very reassuring. We'll book with Gina again!

Leilah was very responsive throughout the entire process and easy to communicate with. She took my dogs on walks and out for other activities with my consent. Seemed like the dogs and Leilah all had a great experience during the 3-day sit!

Gina and her wonderful family watched my dog for a weekend.. Right of the Bay they were so welcoming and kind. It really made me feel at ease using new dog sitter. She communicated daily with pictures and updates. They took pepper and their dog lemon on several hikes around their neighborhood. When we picked up pepper she seemed happy and and tired (she is a GSP...so that's an achievement). I would love for them to watch pepper the next time. I would totally recommend Gina for all your pet needs.
