I've never been away from my cat for more than a few days at a time, but knowing Sarah would take such good care of her (feeding, playing, cuddling), and be so communicative with me gave me such peace of mind while I was away for 11 days. We had such a wonderful experience with Renn, who looked after our two cats for several drop-in visits. Both of the cats took an immediate liking to her during their meet and greet, and she took great care to learn their routines and personalities. One of our cats has a history of some aggressive tendencies, but Renn was completely understanding and considerate of his limits. We loved getting her thoughtful daily updates and photos, which really helped our peace of mind while we were away. We lost power at one point during our trip, and Renn was amazing with taking care of putting down a back-up water source for the cats and checking our AC unit once power was restored. We never had to worry and had complete faith that our cats and home were in capable, loving hands. Thank you so much, Renn!
