Caitlin was amazing with our Poppy and Nova! She sent us photos of them having fun with her family while we were away. They were super calm and happy when we returned. And she was very understanding and flexible when we had some last minute travel changed that moved our drop-off.
Kristen is very attentive and careful with your dog. My dog is very nervous and she made my dog her own safe space and had my dog sleep with her as well.
