He was so gentle with my geriatric cat, and he prioritized both my and her safety and comfort. He was able to administer her medications like a pro, and he let me know details about a new symptom she developed while I was out of town. (These details helped the vet diagnose her.) Mary Jane kept in touch and asked questions as needed to learn my preferences about feeding my cat, who can be finicky. She adapted and adjusted as she got to know my cat during the 9 days she cared for him. He was clearly well cared for when I returned and Mary Jane kept everything tidy, even taking out the trash.
Sara did a great job. From the pics she sent, it looked like our cat warmed up to her easily, even climbing on her lap for pets (which is rare!). This made me feel so much better about being away from her.
