What truly sets Tracy apart is how she manages to be both highly professional and genuinely caring. She took wonderful care of my French Bulldog, who immediately felt comfortable in her presence. Throughout my trip, Tracy went above and beyond by sending regular updates with pictures and messages, which gave me complete peace of mind while away. Most impressive was how she handled the sudden schedule changes. Instead of making it feel like an inconvenience, Tracy approached the situation with cheerfulness and understanding, demonstrating her exceptional customer service skills and dedication to her clients – both human and furry! My Frenchie was so happy and relaxed in her care, which is the ultimate testament to Tracy's ability to connect with animals. She clearly has a natural gift for working with dogs, understanding their needs, and making them feel safe and loved. I cannot recommend Tracy highly enough for anyone needing pet sitting services. My skittish spent a great day at Jashalund's place! She was never left alone and seemed very comfortable. Pickup and drop off were very convenient.

Agustina did a wonderful job with Penny. She sent lots of updates throughout the day and made sure she got exercise. I felt very comfortable leaving Penny in her care. Highly recommend!

Michele was wonderful with my puppy Woody. She was amazing helping us watch him while we had a lady minute engagement and was very flexible with time as the end time for our event was unpredictable. She was very sweet and gentle with our puppy and we can tell her really liked her. We will definitely be seeing more of her.

My pup loves her time with Carlos, she has a fun time and is always happy to see him. I highly recommend Carlos to other pup parents for his care and affection of big and small dogs.

12/10 would book again! I have a very senior doggy with a lot of special needs (mobility issues, needs to go out frequently, etc.) and she took such great care of him! Very communicative and worked around my schedule. He was very happy to go each day!!

Anna took great care of my Little Star for the evening while I saw a show. She felt so calm with Anna even though she was in an unfamiliar environment. I’d definitely leave her with Anna again!
