House Sitting in Astoria

I recently left my cat, Saturn, in the care of Mahlet for a few days, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! She was attentive, reliable, and truly seemed to care about Saturn's well-being. I appreciated the updates and photos, which kept me reassured while I was away. Saturn is quite shy and doesn’t always warm up to people, but she seemed relaxed and comfortable with Mahlet, which says a lot. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible and caring pet sitter!

Jess set up a meeting with Dolce in advance of her watching him, took tons of photos and made me feel comfortable leaving him with her. She also showed up after having food poisoning, so you know she's reliable!! Will definitely book her again!

Caroline was wonderful! On time, efficient and sent me the cutest photos of her & Simba together. Will defo be in touch for next time. Thank you from me & Sim!

Yasia was such a great sitter, she kept me informed with opals day by sending photos and staying in touch. She was easy to reach and just took the best care of him. Definitely will be booking her again :)

Anna was fantastic! Very punctual, fast to respond, and communicative during her stay with our dog.

Adolfo did a fantastic job with JJ! We had him watch JJ for house sitting and he immediately won over JJ who can be anxious at times. He did a great job updating us with photographs and being flexible with our schedule. He was very responsible and we immediately trusted him with JJ. We will absolutely use him again for future dog sitting!

TJ was a great sitter for my 75lb german shepherd mutt, Goose! I came back to a healthy and happy pup. TJ updated me frequently with photos and clearly followed my instructions surrounding his feeding and care. Goose has food allergies and requires vigilance to make sure he doesn't eat anything he isn't supposed to, which can make me anxious about leaving him with someone, but TJ did a great job. The house was also spotless when I returned. I will definitely book with TJ again in the future!

Alice was wonderful. She sent lots of pictures, videos and updates while we were away. She really stepped up at the last minute and we are so grateful! Thanks Alice!

Leslie was a perfect sitter and guest while I was away for a few nights. Really appreciated the frequent photo and video updates. Left my apartment just as good if not better than I left it. My frenchie, Trina, seemed to enjoy her time with Leslie as well.

Jen took excellent care of my home and dog while I was away! She sent plenty of pictures and kept me up to date with my pups adventures.

Hailey did us a huge favor by agreeing to watch our boy Spunky for two weeks over the year end holiday, a notoriously tough time to find a sitter. That being said, Hailey was not as communicative as our other Rover sitters have been. She did respond to our messages when we reached out for a status update, but given that it was our dog’s first time with Hailey, more frequent communication would have put us more at ease. I think setting clear expectations with Hailey, especially about communication and about how long your pet can be left alone, will be important in creating a positive experience for everyone.

Donna was WONDERFUL. It was my first time leaving my new pup with a sitter and Donna made it so much easier! My dog Louie loved her from the very first visit and was comfortable with her all evening! She sent me photos and videos and kept me up to date! She was incredible and I WILL be booking with her again!

Valeria was great and went above and beyond what we expected. We will definitely use her to watch our dogs again. She took pictures the entire weekend. We came home to happy dogs. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to watch their dogs!

My experience with Naomi Ruth was great. My pets were happy and safe. My apartment was clean. While away I received texts/updates. I highly recommend her to are for your fury loved ones.
