Dog Boarding in Batavia

Jessie watched both of my dogs, a 3 year old bulldog and a 5 month old pit mix puppy, and he did a great job. He provided plenty of photo & video updates and my dogs were just as happy and healthy when I picked them up as when I dropped them off. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave them with Jessie again. This was our first experience using Rover and it couldn’t have gone better.

We knew as soon as we had the meet and greet with Jacque and his wife that our Rocky was going to be in good hands. Rocky had a smile on his face in every picture that Jacque sent us on our getaway. Highly recommend Jacque *****

Kelly is amazing! Our pup came home so happy and Kelly kept us updated with photos and messages the whole time we were gone. Great fenced in yard to run and lots of snuggles and yummy treats. Highly recommend.

Ashley is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Banjo didn’t get a chance to have a stay on our booking date, but she’s been a kind and understanding resource in the wild puppy phase. We plan to use Ashley in the future

Emma was absolutely amazing! My puppy had never been boarded somewhere and I was so nervous to leave her for the weekend. Emma took great care of her. She sent pictures to update me during her stay and was flexible with the drop off/pick up times. Thank you so much! Ember will definitely be staying again!

Ricardo clearly gave Barry attention because he described Barry's personality traits so accurately when I picked him up. Ricardo was prompt to respond to all of my texts. He also was kind enough to extend Barry's stay another day when we were snowed in. I appreciate Ricardo's efforts to be available and attentive and recommend other dog owners to board their dogs with him.

Jessica and her family were so lovely to work with and were so great to our pups while we were away!! She is quick to reply, keeps you updated & is so caring!

Chelsea and Derek are the best sitters for my fur buddy!! He’s always in great hands with them. It’s appreciated how they welcome my pet into their home and treat him great!! Can’t recommend them enough!!

Our first experience with Rover.com was excellent. Debbie's warm personality came through in emails prior to our arrival and meeting her put all concerns aside. Photos of our large lab playing with Debbie's little Yorkie were precious. The large fenced yard gave Harken a safe place to play-- and photos of him napping comfortably were wonderful.

Danielle was very nice and complimentary about Shadow being easy to take care of …. He was so excited to see us. Thank You, Danielle and Rover.com …. We will be utilizing your service with Danielle again in the future ….

This was the 1st time we have ever been away from Cooper. We were so nervous about having someone else care for him while we celebrated our daughter’s wedding. Debra was an incredible gift! Cooper was so comfortable with her. She provided updates, video and pix to keep us reassured that he was ok. We will only call Debra when we need care for Cooper in the future!

Sierra was amazing from the meet and greet until the day I picked my pup back up! I had to book her for over 5 days because of a work trip AND as a first time user of this app she had me stress free everyday with her updates and photos!! I will book Sierra as long as she is available and I’m living in Buffalo. And Jola didn’t seem like she missed a beat when I picked her up! I could tell she really enjoyed her stay 🥹🩶 Me and Jola can’t thank you enough Sierra for being great at what you do! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Debby was amazing with our dog Jax! We contacted her last minute due to having second thoughts about kenneling him. She was very accommodating after hearing the details that we gave her about our dog she was more than willing to take him. He can be hesitant at first with new people but she assured us that he would do fine. We received very detailed updates from her on the regular. We received pictures from her daily and when we did Jax always seemed happy and right at home. When we picked him up he seemed as if he had a made a new friend with Debby. I highly recommend using her if you and your family are traveling and need someone to watch your animals. She relieved us of possibly the most stressful part of our trip! I will be using her again in the future! She has made us more anxious to travel.

Like always Tetiana took great care of our dogs, they played a lot in the yard, made new friends, and received lots of cuddles and love. Thank you!

Both of my dogs seemed incredibly happy at Rachel's home. She was very flexible with me when flight cancellations stopped me from getting my pups when scheduled. She also cares for my dog who has exercise restrictions when many other dog sitters would not. We will be returning for another stay very soon.

I had an excellent experience with Gigi! She was fantastic with communication, providing me with daily updates about my dog's stay, which gave me peace of mind. She was also very flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, making the entire process super easy. I really appreciated that she took the time to ask great questions about my girl beforehand to ensure her stay would be as comfortable as possible. On top of that, she even provided some minor training, which was a thoughtful bonus. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!
