Dog Boarding in Batavia

First time using Rover in the area! Jessie kept us updated, sent photos, and overall looks like our pup had a great experience! Lots of exercise in the fenced yard!

Jamie & Brian were absolutely amazing my pup was well taken care of. The daily photos helped put my mind at ease, to reassure me that he was being well taken care of. I will definitely trust Jamie & Brian to watch my pup anytime I need a sitter

We can't thank Jacque and Emily enough for the exceptional care Murray received for his week stay. They supplied him with extra loving care to help him with his anxieties! Jacque kept in touch with photos, videos and updates. We are so grateful that we found these great caregivers for Murray. Murray was so happy in their care that we were able to enjoy our time away with family. We knew that Murray was loved and cared for and a little spoiled the entire week. All their focus was on giving Murray the best week possible. They provided many accomodations for his special needs. Jacque and Emily found ways to reassure him so he could relax. They were very supportive and loving. Thank you so much,Jacque and Emily!

We were very nervous leaving our dog for the first time to go on vacation. During our initial meet and greet, Kelly eased our fears instantly! She was wonderful!! During the week she sent videos and pictures of Winnie during their walks and play time in the backyard. Her communication was stellar and we could see her genuine care and love of animals. It was the BEST decision to go with Kelly and we will use her for all of our dog-stay needs in the future!!!

Gigi is terrific! I will book with again. She took great care of Lily, my 7 1/2 yo Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Gigi has a very nice backyard set up for dogs. Thank you, Gigi for giving Lily TLC!

Haley and Amanda took great care of our dog Lilli. This was Lilli’s second stay with them, and she can be anxious with new people so we’re glad to have someone she’s getting more comfortable with repeat visits! Communication was great, with regular pictures and updates. We’d love to book with Haley again in the future!

We had a great experience boarding our dog with Jessica! Felt very comfortable and my dog was very happy. Communication was great pick up and drop off very easy.

If Loki could talk, I’m sure he’d rave about the stay he had. He clearly felt right at home and well cared for. We had trouble convincing him to get in the car to leave. Chelsea and Derek will be our go-to sitters when available.

We're so grateful to Alison for accommodating our last-minute request to dog sit our 8-year old Havanese, Willow. Alison was great with Willow and sent us some updates and a cute photo. We highly recommend!

Kate did a great job with boarding my puppy! I got photos and updates throughout the stay and she followed my instructions. Kate and her daughter were able to give my Kora lots of playtime and attention.

Alex was phenomenal as a sitter for my dog Flynn! I was able to travel out of the country with absolutely no worries! My dog had never stayed with someone other than family and Alex made sure he felt like he was at home! Flynn truly had his own vacation. He was spoiled with homemade treats, cuddles and attention. Alex’s communication was excellent and he shared so many fun pictures. I cannot recommend Alex enough!

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Jordan and Nathan. It was obvious they treated our 2 dogs as if they were their own. Nothing makes us happier than getting pictures and videos of our girls while we are away and Jordan and Nathan exceeded our expectations without even asking. One of our dogs broke her leg right before we left for our trip. While we were away, the dog had a scheduled vet appointment to get her leg re-splinted. Jordan and Nathan communicated seamlessly with us and our parents to schedule time when they could be picked up and taken to the vet. They also constantly updated us on the status of our wounded pup. If I could give more than a 5 star review, I would. If you need someone you can trust with your dog(s) while you are away, you don’t need to look any further.

Debra took great care of our active pup. She has a beautiful, fully fenced yard and sent regular photos and updates. We wouldn’t hesitate to use her again!

Amber was great with our dog Heidi. Sent us updates during our trip, great communication and Heidi clearly had a wonderful time. Would recommend to anyone!

Ricardo was great. I messaged him at the last minute to keep my dog another day due to the road conditions, and he was very gracious. Looking forward to further booking with him!

Nova had a fantastic stay for a week. We were kept up to date with pictures and messages on how she was doing. She came home tired, happy, and was all brushed out. Looking forward to future stays.

Sierra was great with our dog! He needed meds every night and she gave them to him, and was graceful when he had a few accidents in the house. Would definitely book again!

Our lab Lily had a wonderful stay with Sarah and her family. We received daily and detailed updates and photos and felt completely comfortable knowing Lily was in good hands and being treated as one of the family! The house was so clean and tidy and Sarah was very flexible and accommodating with the pick up and drop off details- we will definitely take Lily there again!

So glad my dogs had Jenna to watch them! She sent a picture of them to me and they looked happy! Thanks
