Iliana is so friendly and took great care of our pup. He had to take medication while we were away, and she handled it all no problem. It’s clear she loves animals, and we’re grateful she cared for our dog like he was her own.

We cannot express how amazing Emily was with our pup. She messaged us regular updates, pictures, and videos and made us feel so comfortable using Rover for the first time. Travis & Mel did a wonderful job taking care of my dog during her stay with them. I could tell that she acclimated to them as each day passed and they provided great updates and photos regarding her progress. They also provided great training tips to help my dog be more comfortable engaging socially with other dogs in the future. Overall, I was very satisfied with their care towards to my dog and will continue working with them for future bookings.

Additionally, she proactively sent images and videos along with her updates, which made us feel at ease throughout the busy day. Highly recommend!!! Our Siamese cat, Casper is super shy. He is always home, does not go outside (we don’t let him) and is only used to seeing 5 people (my husband, our 3 children and I). Every time we have guests at home, he always ran to his room and hide. That is why it is so difficult for us to find a sitter who we can entrust our Casper. I searched Rover.com and came across Grace and Wu’s page during my search. I knew then they were the right people we were looking for. Grace is so motherly and her kindness just glows within. She treated Casper like he is truly hers. She sends us pictures and reassures us that Casper is ok. Casper was given his own room and I am pretty sure he felt safe and comfortable. Our vacation has been stress and worry free knowing that Casper is with the right people. Grace and Wu also have 2 cats that are super cute and nice! Thank you Grace and Wu for everything and for the watermelon 😊

William was able to watch both of our dogs on a short notice. He sent lots of videos and pictures of the dogs having a great time. Benji and Bailey got plenty of exercise between the dog parks, walks and playing with other dogs. We will definitely leave our dogs with William in the future!

Rock Hudson had a great time staying with Anton! I had total peace of mind leaving him with him and would rebook in a heartbeat.
