House Sitting in Brooklyn

Rachelle was great! She took amazing care of our little guy while we were away and made sure she communicated how he was doing every day. She also took great care of our apartment. She was communicative, timely, and very well-organized. I’m very happy to have had her!

Ren was fantastic! They were quick to communicate, sent photo updates throughout the sitting and even helped with Roxy’s puppy training. Really felt that Roxy was well loved and cared for while we were out. Would absolutely have Rent dog sit for us again!

Eden was amazing with our fairly anxious and leash reactive pup. He took amazing care of her and of our apartment and helped us out with extra walks when our flight was delayed. Would 100% recommend Eden and hope he’ll stay with Astoria again sometime!

Zack was just awesome!! He took such good care our boys and our home that it felt like a family member was staying back while we were away. With just one booking, he became a forever favorite, not only as our rover sitter but a good friend too 💕

Dave was the absolute best! It was such a pleasure to work with him - he’s down-to-earth and a professional dog lover. He communicated very clearly before we confirmed our booking, and came out to visit quickly. The vibe was just right and we booked our 6 night stay. He texted and sent photos every day. I can tell he really cared for our pup and will be pleased to book him again.

George house-sat my two dogs again, and just like last time, he took excellent care of them. He was responsive, communicative, and attentive throughout. I felt completely at ease knowing my dogs were in good hands, and he truly lived up to the trust I had from his previous stay.

Ashanti was very responsive and left the apartment clean. She played with my cat too. I recommend her to anyone needing a cat sitter!

Lucy watched my sweet pug Holly earlier this evening and Lucy was wonderful. She stayed at my house for a few hours while I went out for dinner as my pug has bad separation anxiety. Holly snugged up to Lucy and slept, while Lucy kept me updated with photos and videos. It’s always hard to trust a stranger with your puppy and house, but I can’t recommend Lucy enough! I’ll definitely hire her again when I need to get out of the house.

Great sitter, took on a lot with my little pup and treated him very well! Would definitely recommend.

Some people you come across on Rover, and you just know they’re amazing. From the moment I saw Jada’s profile, I felt a deep sense of calm and confidence—she radiates warmth, professionalism, and a genuine love for animals. I immediately knew Mara and Miko would be in excellent hands, and I was absolutely right. Jada was prompt, responsive, and thoughtful every step of the way. She sent wonderful photos and updates that made me feel at ease while I was away. My dogs adored her—it was clear she’s a true animal person with a natural gift for connecting with pets. She not only lives up to her glowing reviews—she exceeds them. Jada is a total gem and a five-star Rover in every sense of the word. I’m so grateful to have found her and can’t recommend her highly enough!

We are rather particular about who cares for our dogs & our home while we are away - Greg delivered! He was easily reached, kept us updated, asked questions when he had concerns. We came home to a couple of little guys that seemed relaxed and happy they got to sleep in their regular spots! Judging from the flotsam of toys throughout the house, we could tell they had a great time! We can't recommend Greg enough - and the moment I finish typing this, we are booking him in March - so you'd better get on his schedule, and FAST! Thank you, Greg, for caring for our boys!

We’ve used Sergine twice now and couldn’t be happier. Our dog is over 10 years old and she handled his needs with care and patience. Communication was seamless, and she keeps us updated with lots of photos. Reliable and trustworthy – highly recommend.

Lori was on time, very friendly and sent plenty of update texts. We needed a sitter last minute and she was more than happy to help us out.

Raphaelle immediately knelt down to greet our dog Layla and quickly adapted to using the commands that Layla knows how to follow. She was punctual, kind, and attentive. This was our first time ever leaving our two girls behind (our dog and cat) and Raphaelle helped us feel confident embarking on such an adventure! We’re so thankful for her and her help!

Meaghan was great! Our dog Sam loved her and she was reliable, friendly and a good communicator. We’d definitely have her back next time we need someone to stay overnight with Sam.

Justice was wonderful taking care of Mango and my home. She clearly loves dogs and was always kind, attentive, and friendly with both Mango and me. I felt completely at ease while I was away. I would absolutely hire her again and highly recommend her!
