This was my first time using Rover. It was a great experience working with Anna. I only gave her 1 day notice & she was able to take my 2 dogs. Everything went smoothly, she always texted me back immediately & sent videos. My dogs had so much fun & didn't seem to want to leave! I will be using her again & definitely recommend.

Julio was excellent! Consistent updates and Sunny really seemed to enjoy himself. Also, Julio was flexible when I needed an extra day and was able to troubleshoot really well when Sunny ran out of his food because of the extra day. Julio will be my go to in Buffalo!

Alena has been absolutely amazing with my dog Princess! Her communication is great!! she always sends pictures and videos which gives me so much peace of mind while I’m away. You can truly tell she cares for the dogs like they’re her own. Princess genuinely loves being at her home and gets so excited every time she sees her. I feel completely comfortable and confident leaving my baby with Alena & Regina, and that says a lot. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and trustworthy dog sitter!

We are so glad we found Kiara and Yves to watch our dog during a recent trip! They helped our timid senior dog feel comfortable and at home; in all the pictures and videos we received, she was doing exactly what she normally does with us! Kiara and Yves were great communicators throughout the trip and gave us total peace of mind. They were also very accommodating when we needed to change our pick up time due to a flight delay. Would not hesitate to board our dog with them again!!

Jackie is a miracle- worker. She took care of my little Shih- Tzu who is very scared and can be difficult with me people. Jackie took the time to let h. er be and warm up to her. I was very relieved. She's the best.

Jin was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of Sol and Taz, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to watch our babies. She sent us frequent updates and pictures throughout their stay, which we truly appreciated and made us feel so comfortable knowing they were happy, safe, and well taken care of. It’s never easy leaving your pets with someone, but Jin made the whole experience completely stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after and treats them like her own. We came home to two very happy pups! Thank you so much again, Jin, for taking such wonderful care of Sol and Taz. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and dependable to watch their pets. Very easy experience. Jessica was very responsive and communicative. She took good care of our little pup!

Anthony took care of Mako well over the weekend. She managed to escape (through no fault of Anthony, she jumps 8-foot fences when she feels like it), and he was excellent and communicative about returning her to safety. Apparently she decided she liked it there since she did not try to escape again. Would recommend him to others.
