We are so very grateful to have found Elise through Rover! From the moment we had our meet and greet, it was clear she was not only professional but also incredibly kind and empathetic. Our cat has bad separation anxiety, and Elise’s calm, reassuring presence immediately put both us and our cat at ease. She was incredibly flexible with our schedule, and her communication was top notch! Frequent updates, photos, and even videos that truly brightened our days while we were away. It was so clear from the pictures and our cat’s relaxed behavior that he adored Elise and felt totally safe with her. One of the most thoughtful touches was the daily note Elise left summarizing each day!! Such a sweet and helpful gesture that shows how professional she is.
