Lillie was responsive and friendly. My cats were not. But she gave great feedback and tried to get my antisocial babies to engage. Very reliable. I would 100% engage her again.

My whole experience with having my cat boarded for the first time was outstanding from beginning to end! I was updated with pictures and status reports of how my cat was doing throughout his stay which put me at ease. He was great and calm and tidy when I picked him up too.
