Dog Boarding in Canaan

Kevinh was amazing! He kept me updated on anything that happened and sent lots of pictures of my goober. Glad my dog has a new bestie in the area!

Our dog Max had a great time with Peter and Monique. They were kind and took him for walks and offered plenty of lap time to keep him happy while we were gone.

Saskia was awesome with our dog. Very communicative, gave fun updates, and kept our dog well cared for. Pick up and drop off was very smooth.

Brooke took perfect care of Riley for a little over a week. She made sure Riley felt right at home and so did the rest of the family. Riley could play out in the back fenced-in yard, which she did with Suki (Brooke's dog), so she got plenty of play time and exercise. Brooke's home is a great home to leave your dog in. A bonus is that Brooke is a vet-tech, so if anything should go wrong, Brooke can take care of it. I highly recommend using Brooke to board your pup.

We left our 1.5 year old lab Bogey (who still very much acts like a puppy!) with Amanda for the whole day and he had a great time! Amanda has a great fenced in yard perfect for dogs to run around and play. She was very accommodating and updated us on how Bogey was doing throughout the day. We would definitely use Amanda again!

Cole had a great stay with Jennifer and her family. Jennifer sent cute photo updates and was quick to respond to any messages. Cole spent plenty of time outside and hanging out. I felt confident that Jennifer would take great care of Cole, and he seemed very content with every update.

We leave our Cooper with John regularly and she is always so happy and well cared for. Plus, John has his dog, Dolly, who plays wonderfully with Coop. Highly recommend John.

Always nice to be able to go and visit family without worrying about Bailey. Brigid is great about keeping us informed and sending cute pictures. Highly recommend

Hayley is terrific!! I immediately felt comfortable leaving our 11-month-old lab with her while on a week vacation. While in her care, our pup also had an active and fun vacation with Hayley— lots of walks, hikes, swims and play with other dogs. Hayley communicated daily with pics and updates. I highly recommend this talented and loving dog sitter… and I definitely hope to book her again when the need arises.

Another great overnight with Maggie for my crazy pup! Easy drop off, so many updates and pictures! I trust Maggie with my dog because of her experience with anxious dogs. She truly is a dog whisperer.

Deanne was terrific with Chester! He felt right and home and we felt confident he was being well-cared for and her communication was great. Would definitely return to her, and would highly recommend her for boarding/caring for any dog!

Vera was great. We needed a sitter last minute. Her professionalism and expertise was truly appreciate. We would use her again and again and again!

Nicole and her family are the kind of sitter that make you really not worry. Charlie seemed sad to leave 😂 we will be back if we’re in the area again! Thank you!!

Kyle was the best! George was treated like a king! He had so much fun with his toys and playing in the back yard. She also continued to keep us updated and sent pictures while we were on vacation. She went above and beyond our expectations. I look forward to using her again and would definitely highly recommend.

Katherine did a phenomenal job looking after my pup while I was in New York City for a work trip. I will definitely use her for future needs and highly recommend her services!

As always Sunny had such a great time! I had messed up the times I needed to drop off Sunny but Christopher was super understanding and was able to accommodate us so we could make our flight on time!

Our puppy Sunny had a wonderful time with Margie! She’s so sweet, and was an excellent communicator who provided us many picture updates throughout the day. Would highly recommend!

Lori was wonderful. Louie did great there. He had a pup to play with. He took his eye drops great for Lori. I would definitely recommend her. Than you, Lori.

Lauren was quick to respond to questions and her easygoing approach put my dog (and me!) at ease. Shea seemed to have a great time and got along well with Lauren’s dogs. I was happy to have Shea staying at such a beautiful natural setting with fields, woods and ponds. It was a perfect experience for us.

Amanda was extremely organized and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Her home was a perfect fit for Timon and he came home in tip top shape, ready to get back to lounging around on the couch. We would absolutely recommend and consider Amanda for future trips. It was a pleasure.
