Dog Boarding in Canandaigua

Jeffery was amazing with my dogs! I think they like him better than me The pics he sent showed them super happy and settled. He was extremely adaptive to my schedule needs as I was here to run an Ironman so I am super grateful! You cannot find a better dog sitter!

Another repeat stay with Lourdes and we were totally satisfied. We were updated several times a day and every day by videos and photos. I reluctantly leave my dog when I get away but was truly able to relax seeing how Lourdes really takes a dog into her home and treats them like family. She understands how it feels and is very committed to making sure your dog is safe, happy, eating, (pooping) 🤭and having a nice time. Very grateful for Lourdes’s kind, compassionate care of Lucy. Kate did a very thorough job making sure Cody was going to be a good fit with her dog and family. She gave lots of feedback during Cody's stay and sent lots of pictures. We will be staying with Kate again.

Kathleen and Brian took fantastic care of Bailey. He needed some additional medication and they absolutely had no issues following the correct dosage. Bailey was well attended even during thunderstorms. They keep me in the loop with the proper amount of pics and information. Great people doing a great job!

Rosie’s retreat was a wonderful place!! Our young Border Collie was given lots of love and playtime. There was a large, completely fenced-in space in the backyard and Dianna was terrific. We were confident our puppy would be safe and well cared for. Communication was amazing and we received pictures, videos and updates daily. We would definitely board our puppy here again! Highly recommend!!

Kimberly was a wonderful sitter for our two dogs. She sent picture updates, and I could tell they were happy and well-cared for during their stay. I would definitely recommend her services, and look forward to bringing Jack & Penny by again next time they need a place to stay!

Lesley was amazing! She took excellent care of Abe and my usually grumpy little Yorkie absolutely adored her. I can’t say enough good things about her - we will definitely book again.

Samantha took very good care of my dog while I was away for a week. She followed my instructions for my dog's care and checked in with me by text every day with an update and a photo. She is a kind and caring dog sitter who enjoys her work.

Brittani was so great! Lots of photos and updates, Kenzie came back happy and tired!!

Garrison was so reliable and quick to answer any questions. Our pup had such a great time that she slept like a baby the night we picked her up. We will definitely be using Garrison again!

Marie was absolutely wonderful. Fast response time, plenty of communication throughout our dog’s stay with her, and incredibly cared for. We won’t need to look anywhere else as long as Marie is free!

Tammy is wonderful, my senior Sheltie was extremely happy staying there and settled in amazingly. The care and love given to my girl was amazing and Tammy also gave me some tips to help with easing my pups arthritis! Any questions I had were answered quickly and photos sent. I would not hesitate in using Tammy again if I have need of a carer. Thank you Tammy for making my girls visit to you wonderful!

Our dog, Skye, seemed very happy with her afternoon with Skyler! Skyler is very knowledgeable about dogs and took great care to make sure Skye's needs were met. Skyler provided excellent communication throughout and is very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you!!!

Elliot and Dominique took great care of Nessi when I was away. They were prepared to watch her shortly after her spay, and went above and beyond keeping me updated with how she was doing both with her surgical incision and just every day happenings! Thanks to both of you for loving her!

The absolute best care I have experienced from any Rover boarder. I was a little nervous leaving my dog for 6 nights. But my dog was so happy throughout and sad to leave. Great feedback and daily communication over a 6-night stay. I will absolutely use Alex again. You should book with confidence.

This is the second time that Tetiana watched my dog Bronco. She was excellent at communication and kept me updated with pictures throughout his stay. When my flight back was delayed, she was responsive and accommodating. I’ll definitely reach out to her the next time I need a dog sitter!

Dan and Cara were wonderful! They sent us regular photos and updates to let us know how our dog was doing while we were away, and we were relieved to see how happy and comfortable he was with them. They were so patient and kind! Argus had a great time, and since we knew he was safe and loved, our family was able to relax.

Bindi had more fun with Amy & her family than she does at home. As exhausted as she is I'd do it all over again! The family could not be nicer & very sweet about sending pics-which made me miss her more. Look forward to future "dog cations" for Bindi! Keya G.
