Katie was so great with my puppy! She asked all the right questions right away to make sure she had all the info she needed to give Snowball the best day possible. It was clear right away how much she and her son cared for my puppy’s well-being. Katie also planned an awesome little walk and trip to Petco which was exactly what Snowball needed!
Jack provided exceptional care for our dog Kenji. I received pics and updates throughout the day and Kenji was tuckered out from all the playtime he received. From now on, Jack will be our official dog sitter!
David is very personable and Sunny seemed very comfortable with him. Outstanding communication! We’ve already rebooked, knowing Sunny will be very well cared for.
Anna was so kind and we knew Pizza was in good hands! She responded quickly to our request, sent us updates throughout the day and overall made our first time using Rover a seamless experience! Would highly recommend!

Marianne was very quick to reply to text messages and great at communicating, very accommodating (letting me drop off my pup at 6am the day after New Years on a Saturday!), very nice, great at updating me with plans and pix, and when pick up time had to be adjusted, she offered to drop my pup off ! It was the utmost pleasure working with Marianne and I trust my pup with her. Most definitely will be rebooking!

Chip seemed so excited to see Lianna again after our meet and greet. After picking him up he’s a very happy boy and definitely more relaxed like he got some energy out!
