Katie was PHENOMENAL. This was our first time ever using rover and we’re so happy we did. We were getting married in Orchard park and our kind Charles was the ring bearer but unfortunately could not stay with us in the hotel. Plus pictures and people would be very hectic and expensive dress…. Not great for dogs. She bathed him brushed him even helped him with his little Tuxedo. Alsoooo he injured his eye the day before I had to drop him off and she gave him his drops no problem. We could not have been happier with Katie she truly loves dogs. And constant updates and videos of hampton while we were getting ready. Communication was perfect. Would recommend over and over. 10 stars!!!! Love you Katie!

We were very nervous leaving our dog for the first time to go on vacation. During our initial meet and greet, Kelly eased our fears instantly! She was wonderful!! During the week she sent videos and pictures of Winnie during their walks and play time in the backyard. Her communication was stellar and we could see her genuine care and love of animals. It was the BEST decision to go with Kelly and we will use her for all of our dog-stay needs in the future!!!

Jackie is a miracle- worker. She took care of my little Shih- Tzu who is very scared and can be difficult with me people. Jackie took the time to let h. er be and warm up to her. I was very relieved. She's the best.

Megan & family were great match for our sweet dog! Shared daily photos & updates. Was sensitive to our pets anxiety and needs. Put our minds at ease!

Another amazing stay with Lindsey! Before his stay our dog had a small injury which required extra care and Lindsey took amazing care of him. We were able to relax on our trip knowing he was in good hands.

Jin was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of Sol and Taz, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to watch our babies. She sent us frequent updates and pictures throughout their stay, which we truly appreciated and made us feel so comfortable knowing they were happy, safe, and well taken care of. It’s never easy leaving your pets with someone, but Jin made the whole experience completely stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after and treats them like her own. We came home to two very happy pups! Thank you so much again, Jin, for taking such wonderful care of Sol and Taz. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and dependable to watch their pets. Shannon and Dave took such wonderful care of our Giant Schnauzer. We had moved recently and with a couple week family vacation set, really needed to figure out who we would even trust to take care of our very needy 9 year old Giant Schnauzer. After meeting Shannon at a local dog park, ensuring her pets and Fitz got along well, I knew that they would treat our pet like their own. They had a great process for us to meet and understand how they would take care of Fitz and how he would fit into their routine. During the trip, they sent regular updates so I would not worry. When I picked up Fitz, it was obvious he was so well cared for and he had a really good "Summer Camp" holiday. I would highly recommend them! It is so wonderful to have your pet taken care of by such caring individuals. I am hoping they will continue to be available to watch Fitz on a regular basis for long days and travels in the future.

Charlette took great care of our Maizee. We received updates and photos throughout the stay. We will definitely go back and recommend Charlette to others.

Alena has been absolutely amazing with my dog Princess! Her communication is great!! she always sends pictures and videos which gives me so much peace of mind while I’m away. You can truly tell she cares for the dogs like they’re her own. Princess genuinely loves being at her home and gets so excited every time she sees her. I feel completely comfortable and confident leaving my baby with Alena & Regina, and that says a lot. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and trustworthy dog sitter!

Leah is great! She kept us updated during our trip and sent us photos regularly of our guy - he looked so chill with her. He enjoys the company of other dogs so he had company. Leah let him be his snuggly self. I will definitely call her again!

Kiara & Yves came in clutch by approving my last minute reservation. They were quick to set up a meet and greet and would assure me that my dog would be in great hands. They respectfully followed my request and directions with care. Kiara & Yves even followed up with me during my travels with pictures and activities updates.
