So thankful to have found Theresa!!!! I was so stressed to leave for a work trip and worried about my puppy being home by herself for most of the day, but Theresa eased all my anxieties. Our pup Dotty loved her from the moment she met her and we knew she was in great hands. She provided updates and pictures which I loved seeing while I’m away :) I would highly recommend - we will be repeat customers! :)

Booked Kayla last minute and I'm so happy we chose her! She communicated every day and made sure my pup was comfortable and relaxed. Will definitely be booking with her again.

Courtney took great care of our senior age cat while we were away. She was able to administer multiple medications which was such a relief. She was able to get her out of a tricky hiding spot as well. She was very communicative. Gave lots of updates during visits that included pictures. Would highly recommend and would use her again in the future!

Ava was beyond sweet and meticulous I’m following each step we went over during our meet & greet to make sure my Great Dane was cared for without any changes in his routine. The house was left as is and Ava even went above and beyond to wash the dishes used for the dog and even took my trash out because she noticed the neighbor’s bins were out. I’m looking forward to having Ava watch my dog again.

Jenna was fantastic! This was our first time using River.com and the process went extremely smooth. Jenna was the ultimate professional and my two dogs enjoyed her time watching over them. Jenna was responsible and we had total piece of mind knowing our dogs were being cared for and loved. We will definitely use Jenna again and again!

My dogs are in love with my sitter! They may leave me for her. My house looked perfect like we never left, except instead of my dogs sulking when we got home, they were fast asleep with fat bellies. Nat did a wonderful job taking care of our babies! We had a new kitten unexpectedly join our family, and she made sure to show both cats, undivided love and attention. We love to book with her every time we go away!

Rhiannon took good care of my kitties while we were away. One of my kitties acted out a bit, but she managed him and was able to get the job done.they were happy to see us when we returned and have settled easily back into their usual habits.

I was very happy with Dimitri‘s performance. He was there on time every day and I felt secure, leaving our family member with someone I really didn’t know. I definitely recommend him and I will use his services again.
