Charlotte was amazing! This was an excellent 1st experience and she made it so easy and comfortable. She watched my 3 year old cat and I could tell he was able to get comfortable with his surroundings. When it was time to pick him up he didn’t even want to leave and gave me a hard time putting him in his carry on. Her apartment was clean and spacious. She was so responsive and always sent me pictures without needing to ask. I will make sure to book with her again! Thank you again for everything!!

Diego was absolutely amazing with my cat, Tito! From the moment we connected, he was professional, kind, and clearly very experienced with pets. He took the time to understand Tito’s routine and personality, and I felt completely at ease leaving my fur baby in his care. I received regular updates and adorable photos, and I could tell Tito was comfortable and well-cared for the entire time. This is the second time that Nancy watched our cats while we were on vacation, and it is so good to know that your cats are well taken care of so that you can go on vacation worry-free! I love the daily texts and pictures of our cats as it really gives me peace of mind that everything is okay. I would not hesitate to have her watch our cats for any future trips!!

Jennifer was a big help! We went away for a week and she was in close contact each day with update about our two cats. Our boys can be shy but it was clear Jennifer was invested in their care and well being, even if they didn't make many appearances. I felt assured they (and my plants!) were well taken care of. Marian & Liliia conducted twice a day drop in visits for a week's duration. The visits required daily feedings of a single cat. Everything went as planned and provided directions were followed to the letter. Highly recommended for the price and attention provided. We will use their services again. Thank you!
