Laura was great with our 2 cats. She followed our instructions precisely and sent photos during every drop in visit, along with updates about the visit. She was very patient even when they knocked over their water fountain and made a mess. Laura's gentle demeanor helped our shy cats open up to her. She treated our cats as if they were her own and we greatly appreciated it. We felt comfortable leaving our cats in her care. It was also extremely helpful that she arranged a free meet-and-greet visit prior to us booking her so that she could come to our apartment, meet our cats, and discuss the care instructions. Lillybeth is a fantastic cat sitter! She visited Smokey daily and made sure he was well taken care of and, of course, had fun at playtime. She was very communicative and sent multiple pictures and updates daily. I would absolutely have her look after Smokey again.

Eleni was WONDERFUL with my 2 cats!!! I will definitely be hiring her again!!! Mochi has diabetes and requires an insulin injection every 12 hours in addition to another medication twice a week and Eleni was happy to learn and able to give Mochi his meds which can be a bit daunting and sometimes difficult depending on his mood. but Eleni was attentive and really took the time to learn and care for him properly! my other cat Kumo is a scaredy baby and rarely shows his face around people but Eleni was patient and really put effort into getting him comfortable with her. Eleni updated me with great details about how they’re doing and food. the weather was changing every day from being very cold and then very hot and Eleni proactively adjusted the thermostat accordingly when needed! she would turn on cat TV every couple days AND put treats in their treat games daily so they would stay occupied during the day. Mochi had an accident and Eleni didn't hesitate to clean it up and take out the trash. she really took care of everything!

Ashley is our go to cat sitter! Our 2 cats absolutely adore her and she always goes above and beyond. We’re so lucky to have met her and will definitely be booking next time we’re away!

Xiaoying is literally the best person for the job. She went up and above with caring for our 3 kitties. It was our first trip away and for a 2 week period so we were very nervous about leaving them alone. We have a 17yr old male senior cat with specific dietary needs and two 4 yr old male and female cats who need lots of play and attention. We booked her for the morning and evening and she played with them, fed them and cleaned their litter boxes. Our lil Luna is very wary of strangers but she loved Xiaoying and even gave her head bumps. We received detailed reports and so many pictures which we loved! The best sitter!!!

Our kitty was well cared for, and although she's a shy cat, she seemed to really warm up to Julianne over the course of the week that we were gone.

Dorothy did a great job taking care of our two cats! One of our cats has a nervous habit of dumping water from the water dispenser onto the floor so we typically put down an absorbant pad to stop water from getting into the wood flooring. Dorothy noticed that the pad was wet and she took care of it—we didnt even ask her—she just did it! Shes the best! We will definitely be contacting her again for a visit!
