Austin is great! Bertie got comfortable with him right off the bat, Austin followed all our instructions perfectly and was a great companion. Austin sent lots of pics and videos which we loved and was always keeping us updated on Bertie. We would 100% rebook and recommend Austin. Thank you!!

Faith was absolutely amazing with my high energy Siberian husky puppy! I felt completely at ease . And the consistent updates made everything so much easier . Faith left Aspyn just as I had asked . And my home as well. Truly grateful for a wonderful sitter who loves animals and takes care of them as if they were her own! I truly appreciate Faith !

Schirn was very attentive to all of Loki’s needs! She was very responsive and provided updates as needed, which was extremely helpful! Her genuine care for my fur baby was evident and it was a pleasure for us both to have her in our home. Highly recommended!

We’ve booked Lia a few times now and every single time she has been incredible. We have two dogs and one of them is very shy and can be scared of new people. She handled them both exceptionally well and was able to form a friendship with the shy one, which is very rare. She always sends text and photo updates so we never have to worry when we travel. Couldn’t ask for a better sitter.

She was kind, asked thoughtful questions, followed my admittedly complicated instructions meticulously, and took very good care of my house and two senior pups for a relatively extended period of time. Christopher responded to my request very quickly, which I really appreciated! He was punctual, understanding when I gave him the wrong address (we had just moved to this place), and listened well as I told him what he needed to know about sitting with the dogs for the day. He sent me some pics for check-in, which I really appreciated. I was running late getting home, and he kindly offered to stay until I returned, unasked. I trusted him 100% with the well-being of my guys, and he clearly did all I asked while I was away. I would certainly work with him again.

This was my first time leaving Ruffles with someone, Mint’s puppy experience was a big plus and great reviews. I also had a wonderful experience, he’s super nice and great communication; I felt at ease. Arrived promptly and stayed an extra 10 minutes as I was running late back. I received updates and photos and really felt a-okay for the first time being away. Ruffles was in good spirits when I arrived home and slept through the night. I will be hiring again!
