Accidentally gave the wrong address and still went out of the way to check in on my kitties! Would recommend

Stephanie was amazing. We met her once and knew she was the right choice. She was easily able to handle providing medication and special nutritional needs for our two older girls, as well as, keeping our younger guy busy with plenty of playtime. Steph sent plenty of pictures each day along with a detailed recap of each visit. When we were delayed 2 days getting home from our trip she was happy to extend our agreement to help us out of the jam. I would recommend to anyone needing care for their animals… as long as we don’t need her first!

Rachelle is the best! She took care of our 2 cats while we were away for a week. She went above and beyond to make sure our cats were taken care! Can't thank her enough, would 100% recommend and would definitely have her watch our cats again. Sent great pics and updates.

***FIRST TIME ROVER USER**** When my normal sitter became unavailable, unexpectantly, I had no idea what to do. I was at the point of not going away on my vacation because it was about a week away from leaving. This was my first time using Rover, and my anxiety was through the roof about the entire process and the idea of a stranger coming into my home. I chose Marybeth primarily based upon location, her photos of her and her pets and her age/experience. Upon meeting Marybeth, her overall kindness and genuine, sweet, friendly personality put me at ease immediately. She listened attentively to what my needs were and my animals routines, without trying to change or judge anything. She was promptly responsive to all of my communication prior to leaving for my trip and the duration as well. When meeting (2) of my (3) fur babies kitties (only because 1 is a scaredy cat and won't come out for anyone really), you could tell immediately that she has a love of cats and taking care of them appropriately and lovingly. I left instructions for her and she followed all of my requests (even non animal related, like bringing in my mail and checking on my refrigerator door that pops open). She was even kind enough to check on my hamster even though that was not part of the animals requested to watch. Every day while I was gone, she was on time, left me a happy little note about the status of everything and pictures of all my babies. Personally, the fear/worry/anxiety about leaving my babies as well as just someone coming in my home was enormous, and Marybeth really put that to ease for me. (I know I already mentioned that, but I figured for anyone reading this, who is on the fence about hiring through Rover). I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, kind, sweet person to take care of your precious family members while you are away. She even returned my key promptly upon my return. Thank you to her again. I am forever grateful for her.

Samantha did a fantastic job taking care of my cat while I was traveling! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

We tasked Larry with a last minute booking for our two kittens. He did amazing with them and followed all instructions. He was very respectful of our apartment as well. Will definitely book again!

Kendra was super communicative and thoughtful before, during, and after her stay with my cat Azi. She went above and beyond to keep my plants watered, sent a ton of photos and videos, and left the house clean and tidy. Most of all, Azi clearly loved her. Would highly recommend!

Donna was really great! She went over and above taking care of my kitties needs and special instructions. Donna sent picture updates daily, she was very punctual and anticipated every need. This was my first time using Rover and I was hesitant not knowing what to expect. I would highly recommend Donna Marie!!

Sonya did a fantastic job taking care of our cat Kazoo while we were away. Her communication was great and we loved getting the pictures after each visit. I would 100% use her again in the future!

Nicole was lovely when we met at our meet and greet. My cats warmed up to her very quickly, even the shy one. Whenever I need Nicole for drop in visits, she responds promptly, shows up on time and completes all tasks provided. She also spends extra time making sure the kitties feel loved while I’m away. I would highly recommend Nicole!

As always, Meg is so compassionate, caring, and gentle with our kitty. She always ensures to feed her her food with her meds, and makes sure her water bowl and litter are attended to. She always spends quality time giving her lots of pets and cuddles and making her feel at ease. We couldn’t recommend Meg enough, if you choose her to watch your little fur baby, you will never be disappointed. Thank you Meg!

We had good communication with Kathryn. She is very friendly and caring towards our cats. We will book again if we ever need a sitter in the future 😄

Chad and his wife were wonderful with my cat Greyness He is an older kitty who need some supplements put in his food and needed to be fed every 4 hours because Chad works from home this was the ideal situation for grey Chad kept me up to date how he was doing and sent pictures of grey cuddling Will definitely be back
