Kathleen is a true professional! As this was our first time using Rover, I spent plenty of time ready through her numerous reviews and they all played true. Kathleen was prompt and responsive. Farva was excellent! Very easy to communicate with and came twice when our lockbox was frozen shut. Very comfortable with cats. Would highly recommended!

I highly recommend Nicole. She took care of my 3 cats while away for 1 week. She made sure they were all fed and well cared for- sending me video updates. By accident my cleaning lady let them out but Nicole made sure they all came safely home. When I arrived home the place was spotless.

Gabbi was great! My little cat loved her, she was attentive to all details, and she even got some amazing action pics of him during playtime!
