House Sitting in Dover Plains

Emily was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, communicative, reliable, and clearly cared deeply for my dog, Yuba. It was obvious from the start that Yuba loved her and felt comfortable in her care, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She sent tons of photos and thoughtful updates throughout the stay, which I really appreciated — I never had to wonder how things were going. It was so reassuring to see Yuba happy, relaxed, and clearly enjoying her company. She also treated my home with incredible respect and left everything in impeccable condition. Trusting someone with both your pet and your home is a big deal, and I would confidently trust Emily again anytime. Highly recommend her!

Jessie is a very caring person and she feels like someone you’ve known forever, even though you are just meeting her. Fae was a very happy dog when we came back home, it was like we never left. Thanks Jessie.

We had a great experience with Katie. She stayed with our dogs over the holiday weekend. I have 2 rescues who are very nervous around new people, we had a meet and greet and scheduled a few dog walks before the stay. Everything went great, she gave updates during her stay, quick to respond, and she was always on time. We would definitely recommend Katie and will be using her services again in the future!

At the last minute due to change in plans we found ourselves in need of a dog and house sitter for one night while we were away. I reached out to Jeffrey and he immediately got back to me with his availability. He was came out to the house a week before to meet the dogs and get any information helpful while sitting. He showed up the day of our departure early and communicated throughout his stay. He sent pictures and made us feel like our pups were well cared for. Jeffrey seems to truly love animals and was very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him for house sitting!

Stephen is an amazing pet sitter! We hate to leave our puppy at home but when we have to, it means everything to know that he's in good hands. Stephen truly loves animals. He pays close attention, follows all directions and keeps in touch with great photos and updates. We don't need to worry when Stephen is here and that means everything to us. Christine took our last minute request despite getting off a plane that same day. She cared for our dog Banjo and our home like it was her own. Would use her again and recommend to anyone.

Thank you for keeping our house and our dogs in great shape, again! Nate sent me pics and did daily check-ins, felt very comfortable with him looking after things for us.

Janice is absolutely top notch. My four year old standard poodle is my service dog and we had never been separated before. Janice took excellent care of her at our home. From the photos she sent to all the little details such as folding her used towel, leaving fresh flowers on the kitchen table, interacting with the neighbors, regular long walks and vigorous play…. I can’t imagine a better outcome. I highly recommend her and if I ever need another sitter I’ll certainly book her!
