Railya has checked on Jonny cat every week since our sister moved into her assisted living facility in July. She is punctual, responsive, responsible and flexible. When we needed to change plans, add an extra day, or set up some automatic pet care equipment she made it happen. We were super pleased with our interactions. Kristen was wonderful with our two cats while we were away. She made sure to ask how much we wanted to be updated and tailored it accordingly. One of our cats is 20 and has a kidney-specific diet due to health issues and Kristen ensured she was well fed and taken care of. We could tell when we got home how much they were pampered while we were gone and I know they can’t wait until they get Kristen back again ?⬛ ?
