Vicki was reliable, caring, and extremely attentive. She made sure everything was handled properly, including food, medication, and checking that our senior dog was comfortable and doing well. Great communication, always on time, and clearly someone who truly cares for animals. Highly recommended

I broke my foot and contacted Alexandra in the middle of the night from the ER to book with her starting the next morning. She immediately jumped on it and I was so relieved knowing my Mitski would be taken care of while I was off my feet. And she did a fantastic job. Mitski definitely loved her. Will book again!

We went out of town last minute and Joseph very kindly agreed to that’s it for us for the first time. He was very quick to respond, a good communicator, and very reliable. Henry was absolutely fantastic! This was my first experience using rover and it couldn't have been smoother! Henry was communicative and thorough with every visit. The pictures and updates made me feel safe and at ease about leaving my cat at home for a few days. I could not recommend more highly!

Shelby is a lovely person, as determined at our meet and greet. Her visit met all our expectations. The animals (2 dogs and a cat) were well taken care of. All pet food dishes were washed and placed away. I would not hesitate to have her return next time we need pet care.
